I shop here about 3 to 5 times a year for specific birthday party balloons and birthday decor. They have items that are a certain quality above the Dollar Tree (not knocking DT). Sometimes you have to spend a little more so your balloons/ decor/ etc. are EXTRA FABULOUS for certain occasions :) lol. I love that I can place my balloon orders a few days in advance. I always walk in and my orders are ready to go. The staff is pleasant. The store is clean. I think the only time its a little "crazy" is during Halloween season and thats expected. So grateful they are located on Hwy 124. The other "closest" locations are in Tucker, Duluth, or Buford. Thank you P.C. for great balloons and decor!

Definitely agree with Jessica P. This Party City is horrible. No one acknowledges you when entering the location and when you have a question its impossible to get any assistance when the employees are so caught up in their own conversations. No one wants to work. The whole store should be fired and all new rehires. Especially the gentleman in the stock room grabbing the costumes. He smelled of complete liquor on our visit and kept bringing out the wrong thing. I like party city, but hate this store.

Whats the purpose of ordering balloons online if they are unable to pull up your order? The balloons I ordered were to not be inflated. This location was the only one that had the balloons I wanted. I planned to have them inflated at a later time. So I called twice after I received the email that my order was ready. These people had no idea what I was talking about, despite having an order number.

Employees were too busy talking to each other verses helping a customer, even after I went back to the same group of employees twice. Then I attempted to get assistance at the balloon counter and neither of the two guys acknowledged me. One was showing the other how to put letters on a balloon and he kept looking up, but never said a word. Ill spend my money elsewhere.

I ordered a few items online, wasnt satisfied with one of the items. I spoke to a gentlemen named Darius about exchanging the particular item. He was informative, helpful, and professional. I was able to exchange the item without any hassle, definitely one of the best party city stores Ive been to!

Party city has everything you need for your party or event. I was able to order and pay for balloons ahead of time. This way they will be ready by the time I need them. One of cashiers was not that friendly but her co worker made up for her attitude.

Buying balloons for a retirement reception, service was slow, staff not particularly friendly or attentive. Had pre-order that was supposed to be ready at 4:00, when I arrived the balloons werent ready.

I give 4 stars for nice staff and great service. However bathrooms are absolutely disgusting. Like a s-bomb went off in there. Dreaded to use it with my small daughter. Please deep clean
