My name is Kyle, but for this reviews sake you can call me Frank. Let me be Frank. I walked into Office Depot seriously shopping for a new office chair. I work about 12 hours a day 6 days a week because I own an online business management company. I was never asked if I needed help at all after I sat in the 20+ chairs in their store. If they were busy I would understand. There were 5 customers in the store including the ones checking out. Employees walked by me 4 and 5 times going to the back while talking to each other. Three employees walked to the back together, no idea why three people need to go to the back at one time. They were talking about a job interview one of the employees had. I have a rule that if I get crappy service in a store I will not buy anything. However, I really wanted a new office chair and did not want to drive to another store at the time. I finally sought out an employee. Two employees stood talking about their cell phone providers and updates to their phones as I stood behind them obviously waiting on them to finish talking (5 minutes). I could have interrupted, but I always choose to wait to see how far they are willing to go without acknowledging my obvious presence. After they finished one of the two turned around and said do you need help with something? I replied "Oh are you done talking, I did not want to interrupt" I was obviously being facetious. He replied "yeah what did you need?" I asked questions about specific chairs they had in stock and the pricing. READ THIS- Before you buy, look online at their website. Their prices on the site are cheaper than the store. You have to look on the site, grab the real price in order to get them to price match. I bought a $329 office chair for $269 once I got the price online at their site. Dont be a schmuck , make them match their own prices, save yourself some cash. Had the quality of chair not been so nice I would have not spent a dime here. Good thing the products sell themselves because no one here can sell them. I was actually interested in several other large items but would not purchase them due to terrible service. Got my chair went home. Where is management. Office Depot should be all over this location. They just lost several hundred in additional purchases on one visit due to their lack of effort, and care. Will not be returning. If I do it will be with an iron fist.

Service at the copy/printing was terrible! Not only I had to wait more than 30 minutes for someone to ask me if i need something, the quality was not good at all, and beside that the lady who finally arrived I think didnt had a good day at all and I was the one who paid for her bad mood! Her name was Melissa. Terrible Service!!!!!! I went to Staples by Pleasant Hill Road and was awesome! What a difference!!!!!!!! It was worth the drive!

Went there three times for printing services. Each time unsuccessful copy services customer service. The woman with the worse attitude, Im told she is the supervisor of copy services. I take my service to Lawrenceville Suwannee Rd. 5 star and above customer service. :) Reminder to self - not every body that works with people dont like people. :)

Please give your employees an explicit definition of customer service. Melissa, over in printing, needs to get retrained, a vacation or a break.... Rude rude rude!! Apparently, Melissa has been there for years and nobody minds checking the reviews. No wonder is always an empty store. IT IS ALL ABOUT SERVICE!!

Every time I come to this Office Depot the people at the copy center are horrible! They are rude and act like they dont want to be there. Melissa is the worst, she always has a bad attitude and acts like the customer is annoying her. My take is, if you dont like your job, you should find another one.

In the midst of remodeling, and they wouldve been better served closing during the process. Inventory was low, store was noisy with construction, staff was clearly aware that it was a less than ideal situation but didnt appear to care, and on top of it all prices were definitely too high.

They always seem to be understaffed . Lady in the print and copy section is very nice but she cant handle 5 people on her own she tries very hard to multi task but she can only do so much. If it wasnt for her attitude and work ethic I would rate the store with 1 star.

Good service and convenient. They are usually not crowded. They have a very limited selection on some office items you might conside staples. Helpful staff and whey mark it down it is a really good deal.

This shop is well stocked and offers a variety of things. You always have to walk around and find someone to help you, but when you find an associate, they know what theyre talking about.
