The employees in this store are quite possibly literally retarded. A fact recognized by Sprint, because their website doesnt even acknowledge the existance of this location - which lead me to mistakenly come here, instead of the Sprint store I had made an appointment to see, because it was the first Sprint store I came across when I got to Scenic and I had no idea there were two of them (the other one, which is only a little better, is pretty much right down the street). Why are they retarded? My appointment was at 1 oclock to pick up a new phone that I had ordered online. After getting there, I explained I had come for an appointment, and was promptly told to wait until they were finished dealing with a random walk-in customer. I waited nearly half an hour before finally being seen, and then was immediately told my phone was actually not in stock and I had to wait for the "delivery" to arrive. I left and came back later (have I mentioned that its a 30 minute drive to and from this location from where I live?), again waiting while they delt with random walk-ins, and was told that my delivery had not come today. Beginning to get agitated, I started telling them how annoying this was - only for them to immediately realize I was not talking about a UPS delivery, and was actually picking up a phone I had already ordered through the site. Yes, clearly, when I order a phone and have it shipped somewhere using UPS, Ill pick the Sprint store, not my own home. Im actually just going to have UPS deliver all of my packages to the Sprint store from now on, because apparently its such a bizarrely common thing to do that they EXPECT it. Hope you guys are ready for the next holiday season; youre going to be receiving all of my Christmas present deliveries. Just keep them next to the door so I can swing by and pick them up without dealing with your moronic employees. But it didnt end there (obviously, since I was at the wrong location to begin with). While waiting, I watched employees blatantly spew out false information to nearly every person that walked in the door, ranging from smartphone facts all the way up to pricing. I had my own dose of this when the employee I dealt with told me it would cost HUNDREDS of dollars just to port my number from my previous carrier to Sprint. Eventually they realized I was at the wrong store when they couldnt find my order, although to be honest, I dont think they were mentally capable of looking for it anyway. They probably just decided Sprint never would have knowingly sent a customer to their location and made the logical and safe assumption that I was in the wrong place. On one hand, theres fault on my end for being in the wrong store. On the other hand, it was such a silly and trivial thing that the wasting of three hours of my time could have been avoided if, A) the Sprint website actually listed this locations existance, so I would know to be aware of two locations, and B) if the employees werent so utterly brain dead that they grasped the situation from the start. Even ignoring my own situation, the time I spent in this location listening to and being told things by these employees made one thing certain: theyre dumb as hell. Maybe this isnt even a real Sprint store. Maybe its just a con artists office luring in potential victims. I refuse to believe any trained employee, or even anyone who has ever picked up a cellular phone of any kind, could be as ridiculous as these people.

All I wanted was to get a Samsung phone instead of my iPhone. My iPhone was acting up due to updates and I wanted to try something new. The man behind the desk offered to give me $200 for my iPhone but said I had to spend it in store and could not use the money toward my new phone. I declined, saying if I couldnt use the money for what Id like Id just keep it. He kept shoving this speaker down my throat, asking me to buy it every few minutes while setting up my new phone. I continued to decline politely until he finally pushed enough of my buttons that I let him know he was overstepping. Even then, he continued to try to sell me the speaker. He even quit setting my phone up for 10 or 15 minutes in order to go play with the speaker and try to make me want to buy it. I told him again that I didnt want to buy anything but the phone from him and I was on a time limit so we needed to hurry up and finish the phone so I could leave. Then he started talking to some ladies sitting at the counter about irrelevant topics, taking his sweet time to finish my phone. I finally got frustrated and told him Id set my own phone up, grabbed it from him, and left. He also said the only way I could pay for a new phone was through monthly payments instead of paying outright, which he said was Sprints new policy. Whether its just this stores policy or Sprints policy, its ridiculous and is making me want to switch carriers. This is not my first bad experience with this store, so I did not want to go to this store but I was with my mother at the time and she insisted we go. No customer service whatsoever.

ABSOLUTELY ridiculous. First went a few months ago because I needed a quick local solution. The place was filled by individuals who didnt want any service but just wanted to hit on the girls there. As a Sprint customer I was treated like I wasnt even there. Tried again a few days ago thinking it may have improved but was even more atrocious. The tech was sitting working on my phone in front of me without an ounce of customer service. He provided no solutions and just sounded like a retard. I tried more solutions by just googling than he did and he was supposed to be the "tech." Way to go Sprint. If this is the type of service you want to be fronted with, then congratulations, you are doing a bang up job. MY ADVICE: Avoid this store ENTIRELY. If you want to leave furious and with fewer brain cells, by all means do so. In its place, go to the service store off Pleasant Hill. Its farther but so much more professional.

What a horrible experience!!! I went there to switch phone number to another phone...sound simple right? Lol. Boy was I was wrong this idiot didnt have the skill to look into the phone and switch the number or ask me proper questions. So he screw up and switch the phone numbers all wrong. When I ask him why he couldnt do a simple task he say that "the phone number on the sprint phone is different" but when he found out that it was there all along he say "OHH!" LMAO. However, I was trying to be patient but after giving him 15 more minutes to redeem himself. Those poor customer service skills gradually cave in on me and I just give up and went to the corporate store. At the corporate store they were able to resolve my issue right away. So stay away from those smaller sprint franchise store if you have a choice. I heard theyall charge you more and from my experience are less experience in dealing with issues.
