I will continue to go out of my way to avoid this store. The staff is not only inhospitable, but sometimes openly hostile, as if youve ruined their day with your outrageous questions...The cashiers are mentally out-to-lunch, and folks working the floor will literally avert their gaze as you walk past them so as to avoid having to greet you and risk your asking their help for something. With the exception of some of the amiable staff in the fabric department, its the most dour, most disagreeable bunch of employees Ive ever had the displeasure of enduring. Ive finally decided its worth the extra gas to go elsewhere.

This Hobby Lobby is the biggest Ive seen in my life (and Ive been to three outside of Georgia). You walk in and think the entrance ramps to their arts and crafts department are gigantic mirrors. It was like walking into freakin Narnia. Anyways, the staffs gotten a lot nicer than what I remember, either because of new people or because their bathroom is a now a lot closer to their break room. The only thing that holds me back from giving 5 stars is the lack of a store map (its that big, ladies). But other than that, good job with the move, Hobby Lobby.

First the cashier made my order final sale. Then after a re-do I was not given item at correct price. No empathy or regret on behalf of staff. Manager took her sweet time coming to the front. Horrible customer service. The manager finally came and tried to laugh the whole thing off after correcting the boo boo ...as she called it. When I did xmer svc if xmer was unhappy we were reqired to go the extra mile to save xmer. No WOW factor.

HORRIBLE FAT LAZY STAFF. TOTALLY NOT HELPFUL. Hey get a clue, if you see a women with heavy things in the BACK OF THE STORE and needs a cart, get one. Dont lie and say the staff needs the carts along isles as they sat empty for the entire hour I was there. THIS IS CALLED CUSTOMER SERVICE. no wonder people are using the internet more.

This is a dream place for DIY people. The store has 2 rooms to it. It also have a great old school section. If you cant find it here, then it is no where. My favorite hobby lobby and worth the drive from Grayson.
