Horrible experience! I solely used Target for my baby registry because I thought well of the company and its products and also because they are convenient for people to shop with. Big mistake. After creating a "registry title" as mandated by the website (so people could easily find my registry) AND putting that title on 50+ invites, I discovered that the title meant nothing and no one could find it. I have a VERY common first and last name, so there were over 200 people in the same state with the same name--which is why I thought the title would be perfect for ppl to find me. Negative. Though the target reps were able to see my title on their ends, my guests were unable to find it. After online chatting with an incompetent "supposed" supervisor, I decided to call complaints division to get a supervisor. He then told me he did not understand why the system would make me create the title and never use it...he realized it was a fault of Targets, apologized and stated he would bring it up at their next meeting (side eye). The other horrible part of using Target for your baby registry is that many items can be available one day and then out of stock the next with NO ESTIMATED DATE for the product to be back in stock! So, several of my large items (ie: 3 in 1 highchair, changing station and stroller) were removed from the registry and sent into oblivion!! And I had a few guests who wanted to purchase those items, but couldnt. The Snellville, GA location has VERY dry customer service. I called to have them hold a $500 stroller and they couldnt have been less interested in helping me. Shame on you Target. Oh, and lastly, if you ever pick up food while shopping in Target and decide against it, PLEASE put it back! If you take it to the register they will merely THROW IT AWAY as a part of company policy (I was told this by the cashier). They do not put food back if you decide not to purchase at the register, they literally throw it away. Not sure when Ill be shopping at Target again :/

We had a cashier named Sara and she was just too much. She judged me for not having a job, but my counterpart applied and he wasnt excepted. This hurt his feelings very much. Then she said I was stupid because I dont understand math and she says she understands it a lot better. I was very disappointed as well because she was sassy to me. I dont hope anything bad on Sara but heres a message for her. " please dont be mean to anyone else because Im in therapy now" and to the target employment team please reavaluate your team (aka fire Sara) thank you

Love this store and we have shopped here since they opened in the area. Close to home, their clothing brands are better made and wash better than other big box stores. The employees are helpful, easy to find, and take us to find what we are looking for. Although they make not carry as many products, and the price may not be the lowest, they make up for it in other ways. They have good weekly sales and gift cards available for some purchases. Not as cluttered as some stores.

Not sure what this Target is doing, but the the men section was reduced to half the size and the other section was a clearance section of all items. Then I asked a staff person for assistance and it apparently was an issue. They helped me, but with attitude. The store was poorly stocked. It was a waste of time. Then checkouts had long lines. If it did not have a target sign, it could easily been mistaken for w..-mart.

This location is pretty well stocked compared to some of the other local stores. In addition, they carry pretty much ALL of the natural hair care products (Shea Moisture, Mixed Chicks, Miss Jessies, Kinky Curly, etc). The store is very clean and well lit. The merchandise is nice and neat and isnt scattered about. They have a fresh foods section along with other grocery items. Parking also isnt an issue.

I am very angry I called them several time to help but they didnt really answer the question I am looking for so I Called a 4th time and they ended the call on me or something because it just ended and I went on the red card target website thing and it said we a sorry blah blah. Overall Im very upset with this website and how they treated us very poor.

Limited selection as this target seems smaller than some others that I have been to. Staff usually seems nice and attentive to helping you. Nice shift of pace from their main competitor. This store seems a bit older and hence the smaller size. Some departments are less organized than others.

Regular old Target, extensive grocery section all the way to the left after walking in. The area around these shops off 124/Scenic Highway is really picking up and theres always traffic and people everywhere. 124 can get a bit jammed but there are still lots of ways to and from this Target!

Went in to find a pair of shoes for my granddaughter and this was the most disorganized shoe department that I have ever seen. Boxes everywhere, shoes everywhere , nothing in the right place. We could not even get through the isles for all the shoes on the floor.

Love walking in, getting some coffee, letting the kids pick a couple things in the dollar section then get my shopping done. I can usually always find what Im looking for, but help is right around every corner! The staff is very nice.

I love Target so much and Starbucks. Thiss target has one inside so what better can it get you can drink your favorite coffee and enjoy looking around like I do and shopping for your favorite things at Target!

Clean, great selection of clothes in my opinion. Great place for decently priced graphic tees (like Star Wars and super heroes). Plus theres food inside in case you want to munch after you shop

10 people one line and no one bothered to open a line in till someone complained and had been standing there 5+ mins, and red shirt were all over so more then a few knew what was going on

This is not tge place for customer service... there is NO CUSTOMER SERVICE DESK... so if you are in a rush do NOT stand on lines 1, 2 or 3... cause it will be the end of your day

Less ghetto than walmart for sure and more diverse for being in snellville. Prices on some stuff very high and some stuff reasonable. Good selections on some items like Pacifica.

Always clean with convenient store layout. Products are usually front loaded and have not experienced out of merchandise. Staff generally friendly with customer service focus.
