I went into Joannes today in Snellville on HWY 124 between 3 and 330 p.m.. I took what I needed up to the cutting table in fabrics. I got a young lady, who I thought would be very helpful. Boy was I wrong. She had a attitude, that would scare a pit bull. Had no manners what so ever, even with her manager standing there. The manager was having a personal conversation on the store phone. I got what I needed. Went to another dept. ask where something else was and that lady was super nice, as was everyone else. Seeing this makes me not want to go back to that one particular store. I think Joannes higher up people needs to come see about this store.

HORRIBLE customer service! This snellville store left me on hold for 15 mins at two seperate times (total of 30 Minutes!) While on hold I had my husband call from his mobile phone only for him to be put on hold and after 6 mins told they didnt carry the product (between the two of us it took them over 40 minutes to figure that out) I called back AGAIN and asked to speak to the manager who never even came to the phone! I will NOT be shopping here in the future!

I constantly have to return fabric that has been measured and cut incorrectly. I would highly recommend hiring people who actually have sewing experience. It is a waste of a customers time to purchase fabric and have to come back to the store because someone is inexperienced or just doesnt care enough to measure properly. If you must purchase fabric from this location, please be aware of who is cutting your fabric.

I disagree with the lady below me !! the customer service is great everyone is very nice An if u want to call ANY retail store EXPECT TO WAIT ON HOLD IF THEIR BUSY THEY ARE ATTENDING TO EVERYONE AS FAST AN AS NICE AS THEY CAN

Literally every time I shop in this store the wait time to check out is ridiculous. It should not take 20 minutes to check out. I will go out of my way to avoid this store.

I like that u can whip out the phone and get a coupon from the app while standing in line. Experienced employees would be a great enhancement.

Good size store, has many options for those art craft projects. Look up the current coupons and plan ahead.
