The first time I went in with my Fiance to try and get a joint account and we also both needed to upgrade our phones. I had done my homework before going in, so I new the price levels and had calculated what we wanted. The gentleman "helping" us quoted us $60 higher than I had calculated at home. I asked him to break it down for us, and it turns out he automatically had priced us for the middle or highest level of minutes and data and added insurance without us even asking for it. I was a little peeved because we werent even asked, "which phone plan would you like", "how many minutes/messaging do you think youll need". And then I played dumb and asked what our data plan options were, he didnt even mention the $15 cheapest option, I had to say "Dont you have a $15 option for 200MB?" And his response was, "Yes, but I left that out because most people go over that"... We left and started looking at Sprint.

Went to get new internet service , after waiting for 10 minutes just to get signed in , a gentlemen came and signed in 3 people that came after me .. then myself .. so I just let it be .. got signed in and was number 5 on the waiting screen . After waiting for another 15 minutes, I suddenly became number 6 on the waiting list . Thats when I just decided to leave . Went to Comcast in the same shopping center . Signed me in as soon as I walked in the door .. and a representative attended to me within 5 min of waiting . And gave me a great deal . 25mb speed for 19.99$ a month . I have no idea what AT&T would have offered me because they never did . So thats just my experience .

This store has caused us more hassle and frustration than should remotely be expected for moving to a "new" plan. We have entered their doors 4 separate times and literally every time have been told inaccurate information. Regrettably, when it all came to a head the manager seemed less than willing or even caring to try and make the situation right. The inaccurate information we were told from multiple employees has cost us a very decent amount of extra $$$. We will be leaving AT&T ASAP. Please do not visit this store, if youre looking for an honest answer when it comes to new prices on your phone plans.

The most horrible experience I have in my life as a business owner I couldnt believe my ears and my eyes . Horrible manager unskilled unprofessional and also the people in the maintenance area department .I almost lost the business for AT&T because of them they will not solve my problem even though I just bought it 20 days ago from Best Buy which is they sold me AT&T service authorized by AT&T but they will not exchange the phone I have to get used phone phone and they will mail it in the mail in four days. Even though I paid for the new phone $700

The customer service rep., Gerald B., seemed unhappy with assisting me when I was looking for a new phone to buy. I already paid for the charges and everything. After choosing my phone, he tells me they do not have it in stock. I asked him to ask a nearby store if they have it in stock. After about 20 minutes of waiting, he tells me the loganville store has 4 of the phones I want. I drive 15 miles to the loganville store for them to tell me that they do not have the phone I am looking for. Be aware of this bull.

I went in and like everyone else says... they dont help. I waited for 30 minutes, watching employees walk by me like I wasnt there. I got so mad I left, as I was driving home I noticed another AT&T store right next to Micheals across the street (not even a half a mile down the road). I walked in and an employee was right there to help me! I was in and out of the other store in less time and walked out with my new phone. Dont go to the AT&T in front of Target... Go to the one just down the road next to Micheals!

Gerald Bell was my "retail sales consultant". Before verifying my upgrade he went ahead and evaluated my phone taking screen protector off. There was an issue with the upgrade... one which he could not completely explain. Didnt care to explain because at that point could not get a "sale". Now I am without a screen protector on my phone but Gerald Bell doesnt care because hes a salesman now without a sale. Customer service should come first then the sales will come. "God bless you Gerald Bell"

Had to go here today because my phone was acting up. Upon inspection, I simply had dirt and dust in my charging port which was causing the error messages. The tech cleaned both mine and my wifes phones charging ports while explaining to us how to do it for future reference to hopefully save a trip. He also ordered me a new charger because he said my old one probably had dirt in it now and it would be harder to get it out. Very good customer service by the tech here. Thank you!

Poorly run store. Waited over 30 minutes when we were initially and then repeatedly told it would be a 5-10 minute wait. The store manager was less than helpful as he complained about his 13 hour work day and "couldnt think straight." Im frustrated that they pay someone to essentially be a hostess and put customersin a queue and not actually have her help anybody! She was texting on her personal device the whole time I was there. I will not step foot inside this store again.

A representative in their warranty department gave me inaccurate information. Her mistake has cost me hundreds of dollars and 8+ hours of my time to fix. Additionally it has cost me a $570 additional fee to be added to my bill that I have had to fix. I have been given conflicting information by every AT&T representative on the phone. AT&T has not followed through with anything they have stated they were going to do in order to rectify the situation.

I bought an AT&T Go Phone online and took it here to buy the minutes and have my old number ported and get a brief tutorial of how to use it.(my first smartfone). I was told to call the 800 number on the package for support to keep my old phone number and watch youtube. Instead I returned the ATT phone and will not be buying ATT minutes. Get your act together. A little customer service goes a long way.

I recently went into this location to see about changing my plan and purchasing a new phone. I was put into a queue and told it would be 15 minutes. 15, 20, 25 minutes go by. Meanwhile, three associates are talking to some retired NBA player. I waited well over half an hour and nothing. So I left. This isnt the first time Ive watched a number of associates ignore customers in the store.

Very Long Wait, constantly. That is not only "in store" I am currently on hold. I called in, waited 10 minutes before I got connected. Finally reached a young lady...who was nice and professional however she placed me on hold after hearing my need...have been on hold for 41 minutes and counting. LITERALLY. No one has even come back to the line to say, please keep holding. Absolutely typical of AT&T.
