Honesty Ive never felt more disrespected in my life . The table was a mess when we got there (we waited 15 mins for this Table ) . My friend was accused of stealing money ( a tip ) that they had been left on the table ( because it wasnt clean ) . The waitress that got us drinks ( Mellisa was her name /also the one acussing my friend of stealing ) she was talking to other customers about this as if we were the most horrible people ever , As the customer was leaving he had yelled at us very rudely saying "you better give her a good tip ". By the end of this another waitress Ana was being very rude to us ( Im guessing cause of Mellisa telling this lie ) and was ignoring us and acting like she had no idea what we were asking for ( we asked for a to go cup ) she eventually gave us a to go cup but was staring at us . I would never recommend this Cracker Barrel to anyone . Never going again and defiantly telling all my family and friends never to attend either .

The food and service were horrible. We were starving and tired and decided to go get a home cooked meal. The server took forever to get to the table. She took our drink order and it took ten minutes to get three drinks. We ordered our food and waited and waited. Finally it arrives and it was not that great. My son ordered french fries that were inedible. We told the server and asked for mac and cheese. It came with no apology just an "oh". We were never offered refills, more bread or desert. I noticed there were three other tables that also had issues with bad food and server. All with different servers. When we paid the bill we mentioned that the food wasnt that good which fell on deaf ears of the teenager working the register. We wont return to this location again.

Mashed potatoes werent mashed potatoes.... It was a hard solid that tasted like it came from a can and smelled gross. I think it was on a different order and sat in the window for about an hour. Definitely wasnt appealing. The beans appeared to be the last little bit in the pot and were NOT good at all.... The waitress was courteous and got the manager. The manager offered a drink discount... Im a bigger guy, and for me to push that plate... You know something went horribly wrong... Whoever put those side on my plate should be retrained on food service and what is "acceptable". You never know who is a secret shopper. We all have bad days... Unfortunately, this was mine and whoever made that plate.

I was really hungry and tired. All I wanted was chiclen and dumplings. That is what I eat there every time. Well, they didnt have chicken and dumplings. Manager came and told me. I ordered fried chicken fingers as an alternative. Grilled Chicken fingers came and I asked if I could have what I ordered. When the fried chicken fingers finally came, it came with an extra long hair right on top. At least they compd the meal. I am completely disappointed with my experience at this location.

I have never had a bad experience at Cracker Barrel...until now. Took 15 minutes to even get drinks. Over 45 minutes to get food. People who arrived after us ordered, ate, and left before we received our food. The order consisted of a burger, a salad, a BLT, and gravy & biscuit. Nothing complicated or specialized. When food was finally brought out, it was inedible. Even the salad. You could tell the food had just been sitting around for a long time.

My wife and I have been to this Cracker Barrel 4 times in the last few months and EVERY time we have been we have gotten cold food and in some cases the wrong food. They used to be good and enjoyed going but not anymore. Seems like they have gotten cheap and dont seem to care. I have brought this problem to the managements attention several times but nothing seems to change. Dont know if I will be back unless I have the craving for some cold food..

Vegetable portions were very small, almost dainty, especially the turnip greens. Do not order the pinto beans, they have been sitting there a while. They looked like refried beans. Clearly Cracker Barrel hasnt moved on up because the beans have burned on the grill. Actually Taco Bell beans would have been an improvement. Those biscuits have shrunk a bit over the years as well. The texture isnt quite right, not flaky. Bless.

Not happy utensils were dirty AGAIN asked for new ones NOT a priority because she took orders from others before bringing utensils while coffee is cold cant stir. You have to beg for drinks(refills) the restaurant was empty, flagged down a manager who looked at us and then walk away because he didnt want to help customers. Not a great one to go to Full or Empty.

9am Sunday morning. Five in our party and no one ordered anything special. Business was brisk, but all our food came out cold. None of it tasted that great either. Something has changed at this location, management , chef or something. I would Avoid this one until they can work through it.

First off, the girl I had as a waitress had no enthusiasm to be there. We wanted dessert, and she just handed us the check instead. Second, I now have food poisoning. Ive eaten here before and never had this, but I must say... This time around was absolutely terrible!

The food was horrible...Ive always loved Cracker Barrel but is was just awful...the gravy was so salty and the manager told me we dont add salt he lied it was freaking salty as drinking sea water...YUCK...the chopped steak looked like a hockey puck and just as hard..

We visit Cracker Barrel fairly regularly but hadnt been to this location until this morning. Its one of the best Cracker Barrel visits weve had in a while! Everything came out tasting great, there was no wait even though they were busy, and our server was nice.

I have eaten here more than once this year but our food usually comes out wrong in some way. So I cant give a high rating until our orders are filled more accurately. For instance this time I asked for gluten free food and they brought me flour biscuits.

Excellent service, clean restaurant and I am LOVING the new items on the menu! I tried the maple pecan fried chicken and the Brussels sprouts and kale salad, both items were so much better than expected! You should definitely try both!

Eat here most every Sunday. Service is always good, staff pleasant. Rarely a wait of more than a couple minutes around 9am, gets busy at 10. Lots of good choices for food, and a large number of them are reasonably healthy.

They have a large fireplace In the dining room. Its large roomy there food is really good. breakfast is served from open to close and you have a great variety. 5 or 6 different meats vegetables anything u want they got it

Great service and good food. We tried something new - the French dip. It was very good. I would ask them to hold the cheese next time but thats just a personal preference. The fries were hot and tasted homemade.
