I had to have my SIM card cut to fit my new AT&T phone I ordered. After being turned away at another AT&T store, and asked to go elsewhere or come back later (since they didnt "know how to do that") I was very thankful for the staff at this location. They were busy, but very kind and the young lady (blonde hair with glasses) and David were super nice, professional, and had me taken care of in no time. I super appreciate the staff here, and will return to this location in the future.

Went in with my grandmother who was having issues with her phone. The employee that helped us, Chase, did an excellent job of not only trouble shooting the problem but patiently explaining what he was doing in a way my grandmother could understand. Highly impressed with the service at this location.
