This was my first time at Batteries Plus Bulbs. I purchased a car battery online (10% off for online purchase) prior to traveling to the store for pick up and installation. There were about 6 other customers in line and two BPB reps working with 2 customers at the checkout counter with the phone ringing in the background. First impressions are huge for me and these 2 reps could not have done better! Each customer was greeted professionally, thanked for waiting patiently, and they took the time to listen to what each customer needed during their visit. Service like this is a lost art and greatly appreciated in a world where people would rather deal with a screen/text vs face-to-faces conversation. The battery installation was free and completed with the utmost care for my car. Most men would see me (a girl) and think the least of my care for my car and the knowledge I have about cars in general. In hindsight I wish I had gotten the reps name, but he did a great job removing my old battery and installing the new battery with alot of care. In the near future, should there be a service Batteries Plus Bulbs could help me with, this store will be the FIRST store I go too because the two reps were beyond awesome.

August 2016 - Made appointment on line to get $10 off coupon. Got to store and two individuals in the store were very helpful. Daniel and Vaun took care of me and my wife. iPhone battery replacement in 15 minutes and price was good. Battery works splendid. They accepted the coupon code for $10 off replacement service. I purchased a battery for my phone a Casio Commando. They had in stock at a good price. Works perfectly. Both guys gave sound advice on use and charging the phones to get most longevity out of the new batteries. In Buford area and need new batteries, chargers, bulbs, etc. go to batteries plus. As a side note my wifes phone was returned to her exactly as she handed to Daniel. Off. And, when phone started up all her apps, pictures, etc were in place and nothing lost. Not like the Apple store which wiped her phone clean back to factory settings everything gone.

I cannot recommend this place. I ordered a battery online for my cellphone. Like a good consumer, I called to ensure that they had a battery in stock. I was told that there was one. So I went online and ordered the battery. Several minutes later, I get a call that they do not have one in stock. They gave me an alternative of going to Lawrenceville to pick it up or pick it up from the store on Thursday. The salesrep assured me that I would be called. I decided to go with the latter. We all make mistakes so I decided to work with the store. On Thursday, I waited to get a call until after 6 pm. When I called, I was informed that they had not unloaded all the boxes yet. No apology. Just an "Oh well" attitude. Very disappointing. I guess Amazon will take care of me next time.

Scheduled online to have my iPhone 6 battery replaced at 7pm because it was on my way home from work. Received a call/voicemail a while later saying that they dont have anyone to do the repair at that time and asked if I would reschedule between 8a-4p.I called back and cancelled the appt. Why allow your scheduling system/website to set appointments for phone repair when you arent staffing for those hours? Only reason I left a second star is that they called me to tell me this before I showed up.

Car battery lasts only 3 months! I purchased a new car battery from them and had them install it. Three months later it stops working and they want me to bring the battery in overnight to charge it instead of replacing it. I purchased a new battery and it is supposed to hold charge. I was told by a local auto dealer that theyve had a lot of issues with Battery Plus Batteries. You are better off going to Advanced Auto Parts or another dealer. Batteries Plus Bulbs-stay away from this place!

The entire staff -Harry, Vaughn and Daniel are the best!! Excellent friendly customer service and very committed to making the customer happy. They are all very knowledgeable and customer oriented. They have repaired 2 of my kids Razor Dirt bikes and they did an awesome job both times. Very highly recommend shopping here for batteries, bulbs and service. They will literally repair almost any type of electronic you can imagine!!

DO NOT DO BUSINESS with Batteries Plus Bulbs!!!! This is a horrible company as a whole. The owner Richard and the Manager Sam are scum! The Corporate Office managers are Dave and Doug and they are just as bad. Go anywhere else no matter how simple. If youve had or having horrible service join me in reporting them to the Better Business Bureau and emailing higher level management.

Very helpful! Had a battery replacement 6 months ago, it wouldnt charge up, so i took it back and they fixed it with no charge and no questions asked. Would definitely recommend batteries plus.
