I like to shop local, so I went to the local florist, which I have done for the last 4 or 5 years. Never Again will I make that mistake. I was going to order three arrangements to be delivered. The first was 79.99 and when I gave them the address on the West side of Cincinnati they said they could not deliver it, but could wire it to another florist for a $20.00 charge. So a 79.99 arrangement would be $18.00 Expressions by Elizabeth delivery charge + $20.00 extra charge for wiring to another florist and of course tax. I gave them a different address inside their delivery zone and we moved on to the second arrangement. But before we could process that one they had to charge my card for the first for the first arrangement. No problem, we moved on. The second address was of course also outside their delivery zone, (just north of Kings Island) so again a 79.99 arrangement was going to cost 120+. At this point I requested a refund on the first arrangement and decided to take my business elsewhere. The girl at the counted did not know how to do a refund so she called the Manager who also could not do it. She called the company that provides their Credit Card machine for help. After 45 minutes she was told that since the stores Credit Card machine was broke (looked like it had hit the floor a few times) they could not refund my money until they got a new machine. The manager actually told me this without any apology or blinking an eye. At that point I requested my refund in cash as I had used my debit card. She was a bit disgusted at this, but did manage to find the $99.23 that I was owed. I am not sure why anyone would go out of their way to shop local only to pay two delivery charges when I could sit on my computer and get the same items for one delivery charge. Personal service is a dying art!

I challenged a live, local, english speaking, happy attitude person named Tammy to fulfill very difficult requirements resulting in what is often referred to and rarely achieved; as a tall order. Well campers, fellow businessmen, lovers, boyfriends and husbands she knocked it out of the park. Married on 07/07/07 my decade anniversary has arrived and an impressive arrangement for each of our 10 married years together were delivered under the gun and on time. She called me men crying happy tears and blubbering ," I love you honey.", and telling me that 14 women were gatherd around snapping photos wit h their phone cameras and speaking of me as a hero and one of the few romantic men left and the men were chanting " What happens here at work stays here at work!" Her boss sent her home with the rest of the day off with pay! Seriously! Ive shared a true story with yall.I guess I stirred things up at Mayorsons JCC today and the picture her co - workers sent me of her smiling was truly priceless and I must pass along my very best regards and highest possible praise to Tammy, the arranger she boasted to me about as well as the owner who approved everthing necessary to jump through the hoops I set up to suceed for me in accomplishing the extremely improbable if not impossible! What you charged me was within the budget I told you of and yet it doesnt seem fair because what you gave me was worth more than $$$ to me. Thankyou seems insufficient so maybe youll be receiving a visit from me in person soon and well I hope yall like candy. EddieAndre yours truly.

I love to shop in milford, without driving to Target or the mall. But I will never visit this shop again, My last time I needed a special card. When you enter, nobody says hello, or even acknowledges that you exist , the clerk (as usual) on the phone or computer, too busy taking care of business to need my business . I went over to the cards area and the whole floor was lined with stock boxes, I couldnt get close to them without falling or sitting on the boxes! Still Im invisible to the clerk, she never said a word, like oh excuse the stock," BUT CAN I HELP YOU"!!!! I buy gifts and flowers quite often. Their gift selections is very good, but arent they there to serve me??? If I need funeral flowers or anything, I can drive to Jays or Kroger across the street . Target or even Walmart is in the neighborhood. I have recommend their shop to many before, but that is in the past.. They really have an opportunity to have a great business, or the public doesnt care and excepts poor service anyway. Thanks for listening.

Beyond disappointed. First it took me calling two days after my order was placed (after sending emails for 2 days with no reply) to contact them. I wanted to know the estimated delivery date. I was told "we can ship it but it wont get there by Fathers Day becuase its already Thursday" I told them I placed the order on Tuesday (I have my email confirmation) but they said they just got it. So the basket was late. To make matters worse, the basket was just plain pathetic! Nothing at all like the one they show when you are purchasing it. I will never use their services again. UPDATE! After sending them a photo of the basket that was delivered, they not only sent a new one but also sent an apology letter. The new basket that was sent, was great. I am very happy with the way this was taken care of and I will use them in the future.

Terrible experience. Ordered a specific arrangement which was displayed online to be sent to the funeral of my lifelong best friend. It was a shameful display-10 limp tulips thrown into a clear cylinder vase-no ribbon, no greens-very embarrassing ugly arrangement. Do NOT use her service. When I called to tell her, she had her assistant call me back to tell me that since the arrangement was presented all she would do was remit the delivery fee. I didnt even get to talk with the owner-she hid behind her assistant. What kind of business practice is that?-very poor & very unsatisfactory policy. Bad business all together!

I recently needed to order some flowers for a funeral. Being that Im nowhere near Milford, I had no choice but to just call someone on the phone and hope for the best. I just blindly chose this florist from a Google search. The woman that answered the phone and took my order was super nice, extremely helpful, and was very sympathetic to the details surrounding the funeral. Anyway, she assured me the bouquet I ordered would be beautiful, and she was true to her word. The arrangement arrived on time, and based on everyones comments, were spectacular. I highly recommend this florist. A+++

DO NOT use this florist!!. I ordered flowers online and the flowers that were delivered hardly looked like the picture at all. I was very DISAPPOINTED and embarrassed when my mother received her birthday flowers. When spending $60 on flowers I expect to get a nice looking arrangement and that is far from what I received. To top it off when I tried to write a review on there website somehow my review never got posted on the page. Needless to say I will NEVER being using this pathetic florist again!!
