Emory Village Flowers and Gifts delivered a gift basket for my Mothers 99th Birthday. A moment that we all hope to live and celebrate with such Grace. The basket though was delivered in shambles. The bow hanging from the basket where it had become untied and the cellophane used to protect the fruits and other product (gifts) was exposed. When feedback was shared with the Owner/Manager there was a deflection and very poor damage control". The response in no way was empathetic nor did it take responsibility for the poor presentation. The first rule in effective "complaint" reconciliation. Basically, it was have a good day! I would never recommend this vendor. Mistakes and boo boos are inevitable but resolving a legitimate problem in favor of your customer should be the goal.

I ordered flowers for my Grandmother for Christmas Eve and they were never delivered and I never received a call to let me know that they could not make it happen. I called to find out why (no voice mail or email available) and finally got a hold of someone a few days later. I was told there was no florist available when my order came in. I should have received a call about this! I asked for my credit card to be credited, was told this would be done and a week later, nothing. I tried calling and once again, no answer. I will keep calling until my money is credited. Very upset that my Grandmother did not receive her gift and that I have not received my money back.

Ordered flowers a week in advance and they never arrived on the date I requested. Had to have a family member call to ask about the flowers the flooding day. You would think they would credit me the delivery fee but Ive heard nothing from the florist. Im overseas and cant call but Im so disappointed and will never use this florist again. Flowers were for a graduation...the surprise was just ruined.
