If I could give zero stars I would. I ordered from Edible Arrangements for my wifes Valentines Day surprise on February 11th and got the usual "thanks for ordering!" confirmation email. I began to call the store starting at 5 PM on V-day when nothing came and their phone immediate rolled over to a full voicemail box. I then called corporate who did absolutely nothing other than take a message. Two days later the store called and displayed absolutely no remorse. They offered to send some balloons with the arrangement to "make up for it." Its now two days later arrangement still hasnt arrived. I finally received a call from the store more than a week later offering to "make it right" by giving me a refund. What???? How does that make it right? I asked to speak to the manager and was told that there was no one who could help. Do yourself a favor and dont buy from this store.

My mom purchased white chocolate covered strawberries for me over Valentines Day wknd. However, in order to get the white chocolate, I had to pick up before Valentines Day or after Valentines Day as white chocolate is not an option during this holiday. So I scheduled to pick up on the Sunday before valentines. When I arrived, the strawberries were not white chocolate. Obviously, there was a miscommunication. They immediately offered to do a free delivery of the white chocolate strawberries on Wednesday, when they would have white chocolate again. The supervisor and all the staff were so pleasant and polite and willing to do anything to make the customer happy. I so appreciate great customer service and can overlook any miscommunication when handled so well! They even gave me a balloon when I left! Such a pleasant experience when it could have all gone so badly!

My coworkers ordered an arrangement from this location when my wife and I had our first child. The arrangement was shipped to my house, which is a new construction home and does not show up on GPS yet. Not surprisingly there was a shipping problem. When I called to see what the exact problem was and to offer additional information, I was told that I couldnt update the shipping info since I had not placed the order. The person I spoke with, I think her name was Tracy, was very rude and not helpful. Then she tried to verify the phone number on the order she gave me a hard time because I told her my phone number (which was on the order) but the order was in my wifes name. I am still waiting for the arrangement at the time of writing this review.

I recommend that if youre going to order an arrangement to do it from another location. I ordered an arrangement on 02162016 for our to be delivered on that day. Today, the order havent been delivered. I called and all I have gotten is a bunch of lies that it is out for delivery. I tried calling back and I get the voice mail stating that Im calling after hour. Its 5:30 in the evening and youre saying that is after hour. The customer service sucks. At this point, all I want is my money back. I will not be doing business with them any more.....

Extremely poor. This location was rude and unprofessional. My order was not delivered on the time or day that they claimed to deliver the order. When I called about the status of my order, the phone went to voicemail multiple times. I left messages which no one responded too. I called back the next day and FINALLY got an actual human. She was extremely rude and was unconcerned about my complaints. She said that if I was so unhappy that I should simply get a refund (which I did) and will NEVER shop here again!

Ordered an arrangement for a friend a week in advance. Order did NOT ship and I could NOT reach the shop by phone (a mailbox would pickup saying voicemail box is full). Unacceptable! In addition to that, I received a discount code via text but when I tried to use it on the order it would not take (so they also false advertise). This may be a franchise, which would explain the horrible service, Edible Arrangements generally has good service/products. Stay clear of the establishment located on N. Decatur Rd.

I implore you to order from another location. Within the span of four hours, I was told (1) that my arrangement was on the way, (2) that my arrangement would arrive by 10PM (7 hours later), and finally (3) that no one knew who had my arrangement or where it was. To top it all off, this occurred on Valentines day no less. If youre looking to epically disappoint someone special, use them. Otherwise, steer far, far away from this den of ineptitude and abysmal customer service.

There are antonyms in dealing with certain things in life like fruit: there are good fruit and there are bad fruit. Oh but when you place an order with Edible Fruit on North Decatur Road in Decatur, Ga you are dealing with a good antonym of good fruit each and every time. Thanks to workers like Ms. Cressida, Ms. Jasmine and Mr. Keontaye that go above and beyond to give you good fruit and good customer service. God Bless

The strawberries are to die for. I have been craving them ever since I got an arrangement as a gift. Also, staff are very nice at this location.
