Horrible florist. You dont want to order from here. They have a bad attitude. They never check their email for whatever reason. You can pay online with your card and get an automatic email with order details in it - and Im sure that they have to look at that order from there - yet they cannot check their email or be bothered enough to respond to you. The Customer Service here is non-existent. I ordered flowers that never got delivered. Why? The lady prepping the orders for the driver apparently wrote the wrong street name. So, the driver delivered them to a dishonest person up the street. When I called (took me 3 days to find out from them), she acted like it was a typical thing that she made a mistake. "Thats probably why....I wrote the wrong street name on it." Ya think? Then it was assumed that I still wanted flowers delivered 3 days late. Now why would I want that? Youve MISSED the occasion already. Why would they want late flowers? Absolutely horrible. Ill never buy from here again. Oh, and if youre "local" like their web site says (free delivery for local orders)...I guarantee that youll get charged $13 for "not being local" in their eyes. Local must mean that you have to be a few houses away from their business instead of 2-3 miles.

I ordered an arrangement to be delivered for my nieces birthday. The delivery driver did not even try knocking on the door of the main entrance to the house where they were to be delivered. He instead left them OUTSIDE, all day after knocking on the wrong door of an apartment in the back, rather than taking them back to the shop and trying to redeliver. The address provided was accurate with the post office (they complained about how it was listed). Regardless of that address, professionalism and common sense would suggest taking the flowers back as opposed to leaving them outside.

This would be ZERO stars if possible. Repeatedly, this florist has delivered late or close to closing hours. The most recent time, several calls and email messages had to be sent to this sub-par florist before the delivery was made. In addition, the arrangements ordered are not the ones that are delivered. No matter what the description is on the website, be assured that the flowers that arrive WILL NOT MATCH WHAT YOU ORDER OR PAY FOR. I will never use this florist again, and I strongly recommend everyone go elsewhere.

While the flowers were nice the delivery did not occur until after 5 PM at place of business on Valentines Day so my wife did not see them until the following day...defeats the purpose of ordering in advance for special occasion Would not recommend then for future use as not reliable in delivering when needed...very embarrassing to miss Valentines Day when ordered in advance because florist cannot deliver during working hours...

Holy crap this place sucks. No contact at all. Order was accepted and my card charged asap but from there forward there was absolutely no contact at all. No one answers their phone and no one answers their email. I spent a nice chunk of change trying to get flowers delivered, (local service doesnt exist either, you will be charged outside delivery area regardless of distance) Avoid this place at all costs.

Fairview flower shop is the best! I ordered flowers online for a friend thats been going through a tough time and come to find out Fairview doesnt deliver in her area. The employee spoke with the manager and they agreed to deliver 40 min away. That was so nice and to make it even better my friend said the flowers were beautiful ! So thank you once again for helping me put a smile on her face.

Very very unsatisfied with this florist. Ordered Flowerss for a friend that works in Decatur at the VA Hospital which is 2.3 miles from their shop. I was charged 13.00 for a delivery charge. The website says free local delivery. Tried emailing them with no reply sent back. I will be disputing the credit card charge because I did not get what was advertised.

Friendly staff that are always willing to go the extra mile to make you happy. The knowledgeable designer helped me pick out flowers to send as a birthday to my mom. They were patient, understanding and accommodating. Delivery arrived on time and the flowers were beautiful. I Definitely recommend as the best locally owned and operated florist in Decatur.

My go-to shop for Atlanta area, easy to use website, quick & dependable. I really like the deal of the day from the website which allows the florist to do something with whatever the best flowers they have vs being tied to FTD or Teleflora pre-builts without having to phone anyone.
