I placed an order for delivery with G & J for my brother in law whose father passed away. The flowers never arrived. I called to let them know and the woman on the phone responded that the order never arrived. That was all she could say. She wasnt concerned that an order got lost. She didnt ask me for any details about the order (confirmation email, order number or anything else). If they ever care to look into the matter my order number was 1075011 and the order date was 7/1/08.

I bought my mom some flowers form 1800 flowers. I requested a bouquet but what I received from this place was not what was on the picture.( 1800 flowers sent my order to this location) never again the flowers looked nothing like the picture and I was given a re dilevery but they never forfifulfill the order. Say your money, time and interest do not buy flowers from this place or you will be very upset. I could have made a better bouquet with flowers outside. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!!!!!

After reading these reviews I felt I needed to write something about my experience with this florist. I think they are great. I just picked them out of a listing on the web but I could not be more satisfied. I have probably used them 10-15 times and have never been disappointed in the delivery or the quality of the flowers. The flowers seem to be very fresh and generally last 2-3 weeks.

I believe your tone on the phone will set the expectation for the rest of the call. The guy that picked up was horrible and I told him that because of his attitude, I already knew what kind of service I would be dealing with. So I said thank you and hung up. People dont understand customer service nowadays

The standing spray and live plant were delivered on time. I am satisfied with their service. The only dislike is that they may not have the same container as advertised on their website (or the 1-800-Flowers website).

I can only speak for my experience, but the flowers I have purchased here (around 1/2 in-store, 1/2 delivered) were fresh and lasted over a week. Every order was fulfilled to my complete satisfaction.

Excellent roses. Can not attest to other types of arrangements but the roses are gorgeous. I picked up the flowers myself. They lasted about 1 week which I find to be typical
