So not only does this company have poor customer service they also call you if you write a poor review & threaten to sue you for slander. WOOOOOOW very professional ! So here is an update with this complaint ! This store was supposed to give my boyfriend a FULL refund for his purchase it has been over 3 weeks since this incident & he received a call from his banking institution advising that a Fraud disputed had to be placed on his account because this company never processed a refund. SO NOT ONLY DID THEY KEEP MY BOYFRIENDS MONEY THEY NEVER EVEB DELIVERED THE FLOWERS !!!! How dare you keep money & not send the customer the product ??? This has to be illegal & we WILL be looking into this ! & when you post comments about them the owner argues with you & calls you names. Check out my review on FB & you will see their wonderful professional owners actions displayed at full force.

Late floral delivery and rude & sarcastic customer service rep A company representative called me at 10 am on a Friday to verify my address, then later called at 2:30 pm the same day to tell me that their van had broken down and they would not be able to deliver (as promised when the flowers were ordered). That was NOT a problem at all, I totally understood but I didnt want my DIL to know the flowers were going to be late so I asked several questions regarding the type of flowers. The customer service rep was incredibly RUDE and unprofessional. I was very disappointed in her attitude and when the flowers were finally delivered at 3 pm on Saturday, even though they were lovely - they were not worth the hassle and the attitude of the employee greatly diminished my enjoyment of the gift. NOT a company I would ever recommend to anyone.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. If I could give it zero stars I would. I feel so bad for my boyfriend ,who is the one who purchased flowers for me for Valentines Day. To make a very long story short, the flowers that where delivered cost him $80 and what arrived was not what he ordered instead 10 deformed tulips where delivered, along with being in a different vase than ordered. Multiple attempts where made to get a refund from the company, unfortunately he was hung-up on twice...put on hold for over 20min...simply because they did not want to deal with the situation or give a refund. In the end they offered to re-deliver another vase of flowers for the next day...no refund. When my boyfriend denied the off and said he only wants a refund he was told "then you cant be helped" and hung up on....again.

I swear this place is magical. I think I may have seen a small unicorn nibbling on a hydrangea bush. Very knowledgeable and friendly, the lady who owns Wingards (it feels like an old southern home) helped us put together a herb garden centerpiece for a birthday present and took the time to find what was both on sale and fresh. They even potted them for us. They have a huuugggee selection of seasonal plants and flowers and pots and everything youd ever want for a garden, along with lots of adorable gifts inside. I hope people consider coming here before, say, Lowes. Maybe it was all the extra oxygen floating around, but I just felt happy. Lexington needs more places like this to make it more than just a generic suburb where people sleep and eat.

This was by far the worst experience i have ever had with a florist. I was ordering flowers for a friend for a surprise valentine day gift. First thing they did was call her insistently before she went to work even though i left SPECIFIC instructions of were to go and the time she would be at work. Then they delivered the flowers to the gift shop instead of were she was in the hospital. Long story short they ended up double charging me. I called five times and spoke to maurice and karen and got completely different stories from both people. I never got my credit back and the customer service was awful! I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS FLORIST TO ANYONE!!!!!

My significant other ordered a dozen red roses for our anniversary and they replaced the order with an assorted mix without notifying him. They agreed to swap the order the next day if I left the flowers out. I called back to confirm and the new flowers never arrived. When I called back they insisted I had never called to confirm because there were no notes in their system. I had spoken to an individual hours before. I did not appreciate their customer service at all. The assorted flowers were beautiful but when someone orders one dozen red roses - there is a significance to this and replacing with a colorful spring mix is not a substitution.

This place is HORRIBLE! Item ordered looks nothing like what I ordered. Then when I contacted them to see what we could do to get it fixed, they were absolutely nothing but disrespectful and rude. I WOULDN"T RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO MY WORST ENEMY. They refused to work with me and just continued to put me down and blame me for the problem. Although the item was ordered based on a picture from the website. They refused to listen to me and hung up on me. When I called back and asked for a manager, I discovered she was who I spoke with the first time. Again, she was rude and refused to help. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

My boyfriend had ordered flowers for Valentines Day to be sent to my office and the delivery woman was so rude and refused to bring up the flowers. I had to leave a meeting to try to figure out where she was. After numerous times of trying to call the company no one answered or attempted to resolve the issue. This is a terrible company. I would advise anyone who is wanting to surprise a loved one with flowers to avoid this place like the plague. One star is too much for this place.

This is by far the worst company to receive items from yes they can deliver their items to you same day however they are unethical and a scandalous company. It has been confirmed by multiple drivers that this company does not pay their employees and has a high turnover rate because of it. They are disrespectful to people and their employees which is unprofessional in so many ways. Wouldnt you want to support a company that values and takes care of their employees even a little.

Worst flowers ever - purchased Luxury Collection flowers from FTD, what came from Atlanta Flower Market was literally the cheap bouquet which can be purchased for $15 at Kroger! Plus 3 of the flowers were wilted and dead! Wish I could give 0 stars! FTD needs to STOP using this place and everyone else needs to RUN!

I stopped by to purchase flowers for a special occasion explained my situation I was offered a beautiful arrangement to fit the title my wife loved the flowers I was in ant out in mins. Great customer service I learned about several flowers in a couple mins. I will definitely recommend and revisit the store

These people here! Dont do it to yourself.The lady and man both terrible and I wasnt even being rude,or anything.I work for Comcast and those customer call in yelling and cursing,I asked for a simple status update and I was cut off mid sentence,and basically hung up on.Save your money and time!
