Dropped in this store today to buy my mom a new phone. Chris hooked me up with a new iPhone and told me about a special offer on an iPad mini. Chris had me set up and completely informed in under an hour. He was professional but came off very personal as well as knowledgeable. Its rare that you get this level of customer service excellence these days, especially out of a wireless carrier. 11/10 would recommend.

I love coming here to get all my At&t business taken care of. They have great representatives who are both know knowledgeable and personable! Whats even better is they started selling home security and automation called Digital Life. I was blown away at the great prices for an awesome service, all controlled with my smart phone! Anyway, the service is fast and professional, I would definitely recommend.

Didnt have 3 different phones in stock. Sales person and manager tried to force me to sign up for ATT next. Had to argue for 30 minutes to let me keep my 2-yr contract. Wouldnt let me add phone price to bill rather than paying upfront. Any complaint led to "we arent a corporate store, we are local, so we dont do that." Huge disappointment.

They dont sell updated iPhone headphones and when I walked in, the ladies did not greet me like I am accustomed to. They werent as friendly or helpful either with services. Just gave me a flat, "Youre going to have to go to the Apple Store for that."

Poor customer service. 2 idle techs talking to each other laughing instead of greeting customers. 1 finally looks up and says ohh !!!! Hey !!! Not impressed at all !!!!!
