Phenomenal customer service. I was at the edge was turning off my service with Sprint , due to poor customer service until I came to this location. The employees was very helpful and knowlegdgeable. These two employees took excellent care of my problem. This is the only sprint in Baton Rouge , Ill ever return to.

Terrance was very helpful. I was only in the store for less than a minute when he approached me. He was able to answer all of my questions and helped me upgrade to a new phone while making me feel at ease about my decisions.
