A Horrible experience. Go to an authorized dealer. Had problem after problem with a new contract with 5 phones and one home line. Horrible customer service--the store manager seemed nice but unable to help with any of the problems that arose. Kept telling us to check back tomorrow. Got 1 phone the first day, took a week to get the next 3, and we never did get the 5th phone. After 2 1/2 weeks, finally cancelled and went to the authorized dealer recommended at Verizon customer service.

Awesome experience(period). I bought three phones from this store(one for me, one for my wife, and one to be left at home (land line replacement)). They activated all three phones for me the same day. Less than a month later when I discovered I had issues with my phone they called Verizon Customer service for me. They set up the warranty replacement order. They also activated the replacement phone as well. They have always been helpful and friendly.

The staff there is very informative and friendly, the store was clean and had good selection in phones. I was greeted immediately the second I went into the store, which I appreciate. I was on the fence between the Bionic and Rezound, they let me play with both devices and helped me make my choice. Over all it was the most fun Ive ever had when dealing with Verizon.

This is by far the best cell phone store Ive been to. Staff is friendly and very smart. No pressure but still gave me incentive to buy. Compared to the corporate location on 1st ave this place is a haven. Thank god for choices!
