The customer service and wait time at this location are absolutely horrible. The so-called manager and assistant manager are a total joke, one can only assume that he trained her because they are birds of a feather. They were both rude and provided poor customer service on completely different occasions. I have complained to Verizon Wireless on two different occasions about this matter and the fact that they still let these clowns run this location is unfathomable. So needless to say I am going to drive 37 miles to Batesville to the nearest corporate store which is completely worth it to not have to deal with these fools. Save yourself a lot of time and unnecessary aggravation, go to another location. I am giving them one star against my will, because it will only allow you to write a review if you rate them.

This place... wow. By far the worst Verizon store Ive ever been to. The staff all had on T-shirts that shouldnt have even passed for"going to Walmart". Then the buffoon behind the counter couldnt understand that I wanted a charger thats not curly for my car. So he goes to the back wear chargers are kept for some reason ? And comes back with a curly charger !!!!! How hard is this to comprehend??? All around terrible. If I were Verizon Id shut this store down just for the sake of PR. I wouldnt recommend this store to the idiot I work with( which says something due to the fact Id sooner hit him with my car, than shake his hand)

Wanted us to wait in line with 7 people in front of us that were wanting to purchase phones and discuss plans ect.... while being "very short on employees" as he put it which would have cost us even more time..... we just needed to purchase a car charger that you would think could be placed on the shelves but I guess that would take up purchased shelf space from 3rd party reps....manager said we would just have to wait.... not sure I know many people who want to wait an hour on their day off to buy a $20 car charger !!!

Everyone I have met here have treated me with the highest level of service. I have been in here several times and even when they are busy with other customers employee in the store makes sure you know they are working to get towards serving you. Excellent work
