Personally if youre going to buy a phone I would not go to the store and I cant believe I actually Im saying this about if corporate store. But I will never go to a corporate store again after the service I received from the store. Not only did customer service tell me that I did not have to put a deposit on a phone like they told me I did. But the blow-off treatment I received when I returned one of the phones was enough to make me return the second phone only to walk across the street to Best Buy and purchase two phones through them. Its unfortunate there sales or driven by a quota because because their willingness to be pushy and a little in accurate about the information they give to try to sell has really turned me off from everyone back to a corporate store.

I had AT&T for about 4 months. The service is iffy and the bill is to high compared to competitors. I went in and asked if they could match Sprints deal, which would have been 27.50 a month for me. They refused, but somehow lowed my bill $10, still being nearly $50 a month. I then asked if I cancelled would my final months billing be prorated. The service rep said yes. AT&T does not prorate the final months billing. The staff here needs training or they need to acknowledge when they dont know the answer to a customers question.

We have been there twice. Once to consolidate our separate phone plans and the other to activate a new phone we had purchased elsewhere. Both times super fast service that actually resolved our issue. by far our favorite AT&T location.

Over all good place. However KEEP YOUR RECIEPTS. This is twice now somthing i paid for instore has shown up on my att bill. This srore has a bad habit of *forgetting* to make shure the system reflects ur instore payments
