I took a sprint connection and it never worked on my Iphone. The store representatives easily blamed it on my Iphone and said it was not their fault. It always showed no service and neither the store rep nor the agents on the phone were ready to take the ownership of my Issue. I switched back to my original carrier and they were able to take care of my issue within 10 minutes. Horrible customer service. I would never recommend sprint to anyone. I still dint get my activation fee refund as they advertise and the Store reps were the rudest whenever I have tried calling them. I think they need to learn how to talk to customers.

Im really only taking time to write a review to brag on an employee that literally made a day from hell into a smooth ending. Unfortunately my emergency brought me to the store 25 minutes before closing. Trent went above and beyond to make sure my emergency was not only taken care of but SOLVED!!!!! Trent is the store manager and I can say he deserves that title and deserves to be fully acknowledged in this situation. Trent ended up staying with me 40 minutes after closing to make sure everything was done, and no loose ends, no questions, etc. GREAT JOB TRENT!!!! I will be continuing business with Sprint because of YOU.

Today I went to the Sprint store because my daughters phone was broken. We dont live in Little Rock, so I was worried that fixing the phone would have to wait. Mario was the tech who took care of us and he was great! He was efficient, friendly, and went above and beyond for us. He easily diagnosed the issue, fixed the issue, and then made space on my daughters phone so that it would run more quickly. THANK YOU Mr. Mario for the great experience at the Sprint store today - totally made my day!

Employees were rude. I felt potty of place while they flirted with young female customers. No offer for help switching data to the new phone I was picking up. They tried to have me cancel my service to sign up again to get a better deal that I got online. Disappointed. I will go to one further away to not feel like a bother to the employees!

After visiting 5 stores in 3 different states, this store finally was able to send my wifes phone in for repair. I am not happy that it will take up to 7 business days, and they have to temporary phone to provide her in the interim, but at least the tech who was in training was empathetic to the distress this has caused.

Hi everyone I was highly impressed and pleased I went to sprint on Tuesday and my port was cracked they didnt have any in but they did accommodate me with a charger for my phone today is Thursday I got my phone back and Im happy about it

Pretty crowded most of the time. The customer service is good, but the young representatives could be a bit more professional when dealing with customers. Nothing rude, just the mannerisms when dealing with people could be better.
