Worse customer service I have ever experienced in 67 years of living on this planet of ours which covers traveling throughout this world, having worked in service industry over 40 years and having lived in 7 states. Can barely articulate how bad. Lets say attacked by the customer service agent named Heidi who flashed her badge stating she was in charge when I challenged information given to me by the rep and her. I kindly ask both to call another store or customer to validate me, but she said no. Then Heidis refusal and power play led me out the door backwards with her chest thrust out leading me out the door yelling to make the transaction as she insisted to be correct or leave. When I later returned to the store with my receipt to prove I was correct in not being forced into paying a sales tax on a t mobile debit card reload.Heidi then ran from her counter towards me as I opened the door and yelled....I thought I told you to leave. Heidi refused to call retail customer service which I was instructed to say to Heidi by a t mobile rep via phone and was further instructed the phone customer service rep in charge Heidi MUST do. Instead Heidi calls her manager who said he would make an investigation, agreed that I should not be charged a sales tax but never once did this manager Aaron have his employer apologize but was quite willing and anxious to take my money which I decided instead to take to another store and received very courteous attention and out the door in 10 minutes with a successful transaction. I had been a t mobile customer for 11 years up until this point. Very sad she was not held accountable.

We had our daughters phone replaced under warranty. T mobile shipped it to this store where they handled the exchange. We soon found out that the replacement phone didnt work properly either. OK, maybe not their fault. But then we went back to the store to have the replacement device replaced. When my daughter took it home, she noticed it was having the same problem as her original phone...and then she recognized markings on the phone that were on her original phone. So they ended up replacing her non-working replacement phone with her original piece of junk without even fixing it! Also, calling T-mobile, I was told that she was supposed to get a CERTIFIED "LIKE NEW" device, which means a device that was returned within a few days of purchase with no defects. This clearly did not happen with either return. Not sure whats going on here, but its not good. Now Im spending hours on the phone trying to get this resolved.

We had Verizon and the coverage was good but needed to save on our monthly bill. T-Mobile offered to buy out our contract from Verizon. My first mistake was turning in our phones from Verizon. Then the coverage was supposed to much improved in the area- not- now over 4 months later they still have not paid Verizon and my wife was just on the phone with them for an hour and they said it was denied because they couldnt understand the bill from Verizon, didnt have our e-mail address and then said the e-mal address was wrong and so on and on and on. any one else have this much fun with them. Am on my way to my attorneys office tomorrow since I got a nasty letter from Verizon today wanting their phones and $800. I can pay the extra from Verizon. It will be worth not having the headache.

T-mobile Stopped doing upgrades and their phones do not last. i would highly recommend going with ANY other carrier. this Hudson location is especially bad, i went in there asking for help with my current phone and they pretty much told me i needed a new phone. the management was awful and rude. this is easily the worst customer service Ive ever received from any company.

probably about 80% of the time o go their..they are helpful..however the manger is not very friendly, pleasant just plain rude. Ive heard her yell or talk very rudely to other customers as well.. I would rather go to Woodbury then give them anymore of my business ..of which i have spent over 500 in accessories at the store..headphones and a bluetooth speaker..no more.

Have been helpful and polite, also its nice that theyre not pushy at sales. Was a breath of fresh air after walking in Sprint once before. There is a reason T-Mobile has been the only carrier Ive had. This site is no exception
