They are the worse dealership I have ever had.. When you get there Will was nice and a BIG talker to sell you a car lets you drive it in the parking lot.. All is well.. OK lets do paperwork.. You notice a fee things like nails in tires OK bring it tomorrow Will check it out. The next day your out with family in your new car im on ih35 and William cannon and the truck turns off at the light you get it back on and immediately check it the engine stays on its driving funny so I call Will and go to him to say Hey the truck is no Good I need another car or my money back he gets mad and slams his hands on desk yelling at me saying AS IS AS IS YES I understand that but it keeps turning off.. So I tried calling corporate and no feed back so I kept truck till I heard from someone and nothing finally they pick it up and I go to get my granddaughters car seat and Ross is the rudest racist person Ive ever met and told us he would open truck to get our stuff so we follow him and as soon as we got half way on the property he turn around and started cussing at us. Not realizing I have him on video. And i posted it on you tube.. The rudest salesman of ford... I will pursue this he has no right to treat us this way WARNING NEVER BUY FROM THEM THEY LIE TO U AND SALE YOU BROKEN CARS... I THANK GOD WE DIDNT GET INTO A ACCIDENT..

WORST CAR DEALERSHIP EVER! I purchased a Ford Escape from here and it has been over 30 days and I didnt receive my official state tags. I called A J and then they inform me that they did not do a "Green Sheet" on the vehicle and I need to bring it back in to be inspected. However, I will have to drop my vehicle off with them for a couple of hours or a day and they will not provide transportation for these "couple of hours or a day" I will have to be without a car. Not to mention, the day after I purchased the car the brakes began to squeal badly, the engine began to jump and it is HORRIBLE ON GAS! Ugh...CROOKED DEALERSHIP! They claim they are honest because they affiliated with Leif Johnson Ford but STAY FAR AWAY FROM HERE!! I purchased from Cliffton who was fast talking...lesson learned!!!

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE IT IS SO NOT WORTH THE HEAD ACHE I BOUGHT A CAR FROM THEM IN JULY HAD IT FOR ONLY ONE WEEK AND THE MOTOR BLEW,THEY DID PUT ME IN ANOTHER CAR WHICH WAS BETTER BUT ONLY LASTEST ME A COUPLE OF MONTHS TILL IT STARTED GIVING ME ME ALOT OF TROUBLE TOOK THE CAR BACK TO THEM THEY SAID NOTHING THEY COULD DO CARS ARE AS IS SO I REPORTED THEM WENT TO CHANNEL SEVEN COME TO FIND OUT THE MOTOR BLEW ON THIS CAR TO SO I DROPPED IT OFF TO THEM SAID I DID NOT WANT THE CAR AFTER THREE DAYS THEY CALL TELLING ME THEY WILL PUT ME IN ANOTHER CAR !!! HOW MANY CARS DO I HAVE TO GO THROUGH I TOLD THEM TO GET ONE THAT REALLY WORKS!!! SO IF YOU CAN TRY TO AVOID THIS PALCE IT IS NO GOOD!!!

My parents purchased a Mercury Sable about three months ago. They were just on there third payment and the A/C went out. My dad is pretty handy with a wrench and he found out he needed an expensive part. Well next the transmission started to act up. He replaced the tranny fluid. It was apparent that it needed a new transmission. He called the dealership and they were pretty much like "oh well". There cars are very affordable but they will break on you for sure. DO NOT BUY ANY CAR FROM THESE PEOPLE, TRUST ME. LEARN BY OUR MISTAKE!!!!!!!!
