If I could leave negative stars I would. I wouldnt send my worst enemy here. They are nothing but crooks, extortionist, and quite honestly dumb. To give some background on why I am so frustrated with this "dealership" for a lack of better words..... I recently purchased a 2012 Silverado 2500HD from Park Cities in Dallas and when the first winter came around of my owning the truck, my TPMS (Tire Pressure Monitoring System) light came on. Thought to myself, no big deal, its cold, let the tires warm up from driving (friction) and the light should go off. Well I was wrong. So I figured I would try this Kris Brown dealership out that everyone has been buzzing about. That was my first mistake. Upon entering their "service" department, I just got a lot of blank stares. Nobody even "welcomed" me into their facility. Not a single representative got up to greet me or anything. There was 3 other people in there. (1 couple, 1 single older male) So after about 30 to 45 minutes of sitting there being stared at, I just got up and started walking around. Finally someone approached me. I filled him in on the TPMS light and that I was wanting to get it repaired. So naturally as any other vehicle owner would, I asked if it was covered under the MANUFACTURERS WARRANTY, of course its not. Keep in mind as I failed to clearly specify earlier, only 1 sensor was out. (Driver side, Front) So the little cowboy guy comes back with a sensor scan tool. He asks if he can check them all even though I clearly stated to him which one it was. I told him I didnt mind as long as it wasnt going to cost me anything extra. He said it wont cost anything extra, but it will default my sensors. So, DUH!, I declined. I dont want to replace 4 sensors, just 1. Well actually im not that ignorant to need some sensor and light to tell me my tires are low in pressure or flat. I can see that or feel that for myself every day. Long story short, he ended up frying ALL of my sensors, then had the BALLS to tell me itll be $200+tax PER SENSOR to have it corrected. I filed a complaint with BBB and never heard back from KB Chevrolet. I may go in again to see if they will honor their mistake, and if not, another claim will be filed. Its a good thing I dont have FB or any other form of social media, other wise I would take pictures of that place and BLAST them all over the internet. I encourage NO BODY to purchase anything or do any sort of business with this laughable "business".

So I have bought two vehicles from here, I was in and out of finance without any problems...However the last vehicle that I bought was from the used side I drove the truck from the dealership to 1187 in Burleson. I literally had it less than two hours when a service code popped up.. took it in once and they couldnt find the problem. So I got the truck back for a couple of days and same issue almost caused me to wreck while pulling my company trailer. So again I take my truck back in to get the issue fixed. The communication between this service department and there customers is non existent. If I wanted an update I had to call and got the run around from Kris Brown service department. So advice to the owner of this company. Put your management team through some sort of communication and customer relations training. Even after two easy buying experiences with yall I will never deal with this dealership again due to the lack of professionalism from your service department.

We purchased a 2015 LTZ Tahoe on July 30, 2015. It was a hassle-free experience, and one that we will remember when it is time to purchase again. Matt Trammell, salesperson, was outstanding. He answered all our questions promptly, texted back with pictures, and made the experience pleasant. He also assisted with making sure we received all the rebates that were available. Michael in financing was also very professional, knowledgeable, and it was evident that he enjoys working with people. Kris Brown Chevrolet worked with us so that purchasing the Tahoe was not a stressful event. The facilities are outstanding. Everything was very clean, aesthetically appealing, and very nice and cool, since is was July! I highly recommend this dealership, and will do so to our family and friends.

This place is the worst. I had a brand new 2015 dodge challenger that I bought in February 2015 for $41,000. Perfect shape well maintained. Only had 6,200 miles on it and i wanted to trade it in they offered me $16,000 because they said it had scratches all over it and it needed a new windshield. I went and looked with the dealer Albert and asked where they were and he couldnt show me cause they werent there and asked where the supposed crack on the windshield was and again no one could show me where it was either. So I left and went down to dodge they offered $30k and i got a 2016 ram 1500 5.7 liter hemi for cheaper than they wanted for a 2015 4.3 liter GMC sierra 1500. Will not be returning to this dealership and would advise nobody to go here if you are looking to trade in.

Christine Caselli is a very competent sales woman. She treats you with respect and just like you are an old friend. Never did she seem hurried while answering probably what were ridiculous questions. She was very thorough in explaining all of the technology that is on new vehicles today. She kept in touch with me by text as every time we were going to meet; I was called in to work. But as amazing as she is; she made it all come together! On the Stars above it should also have a Star rating for your Sales People. Then maybe by those ratings give them a Bonus at the end of the year. No kidding, Christine really impressed me with her knowledge and professionalism! She never gave up and I Love My 2016 Silverado!! Yea!!!!!

I purchased a 2015 GMC Sierra 1500 All Terrain, kris brown GMC is where I not only found the color I was looking for ( Sonoma Red ) I also got the best price in TX I believe. I drove 2 1/2 hours to purchase because of the price and the staff, they were all so helpful and not pushy at all. I had been searching for this particular truck for 4 months and I am glad I found it here. If you are military you have found the right place to shop. Thanks for the great buying experience guys my wife and I finally know what buying a brand new vehicle is suppose to feel like now.

spoke with Kraig Clement and he was a complete jerk. he was upset cause i asked for his best price on the vehicle. I have bought over 7 cars in the last 8 years and have never had anyone try to argue with me about the vehicle they were trying to sell. I am a consumer and I have the right to my opinion. Either way i would stay away from any shady salesman. Dont buy from him Im sure there are plenty of good sales people there. I really like the truck but sadly I will have to take my business elsewhere as I feel you should do the same.
