This place is a horrible excuse of a business. If you could give 0 stars and still leave a review I would! My Mother-in-law took her tablet in to be repaired. You take it in for a cracked screen and get it back with a lifted screen, a broken home button and a screen that blacks out while watching videos. It took weeks to get it back in a worse condition then she brought it in. She simply wants her money back after taking it back and still being disappointed with the condition of the tablet. Apparently this company doesnt believe in honoring there 90 day policy on their receipt. Dont bother talking to the manager he will just hang up on you and threaten to call the police.

Horrible. Took my phone to have its screen replaced and I got a generic, non-OEM screen. I am in the IT field and was going to do it myself but went to them because it was cheaper (even after parts). The tech tore my touch screen menu cable and now it doesn’t respond OR illuminate. Additionally, they worked on a friend’s relative’s computer and they managed to wipe word documents and didn’t fix the issue. They proceeded to install OpenOffice (FREEWARE) when they wanted to keep MS Office. I therefore had to properly put MS Office back on the computer and locate the documents via backup and restore. This place is high school diploma kids, if that, ripping people off.

5 Stars doesnt seem like enough! They were always my "go to" when I cracked my iPhone screen (which happened more times than Id like to admit) Today I needed help AGAIN for a different problem. This time, it was a charging problem on a different phone. The gentleman on the phone was so nice and helpful! The service I needed done was over $100 (which I was extremely pleased with) but before committing to the repair, he gave me a free piece of advice and it actually saved me from needing the repair done. The integrity of Ghostechs is unmatchable! Have always, and will always recommend them!

DO NOT GO HERE. I took an Apple Watch here to get repaired. After a couple month passed they admitted to me that they lost my watch. So they offered to replace my Apple Watch with a new one. Turn out the replacement wasnt new, was used and was also the wrong size. And on top of all that they wouldnt refund my $100 dollars I paid to get the watch fixed. This place is a joke and should not be allowed to be in business. DO NOT GO HERE

Took my 6 year old Toshiba in. I thought it was the power port they quoted me a really good price on the repair. They ordered the part and it ended up being a bad mother board. They refunded my money for the part and both gentleman I dealt with were super friendly and helpful both in person and on the phone. Highly recommend for any computer needs.

These guys are great! I would recommend them to anyone. My computer was hit with a virus and I really needed to get work done that day.... Ghostechs gave me a "loaner" laptop to use while they repaired mine...and on top of that..they had it fixed for me the same day! WOW...thats great service

I had my PC at another place and they wanted me to replace the enitre laptop. These guys fixed it for a fraction of what it would cost to replace it. When I got it home they helped me setup my wireless REMOTELY! You cant find that kind of service elsewhere.

psid to have them put in a new keyboard to my laptop and the pieces keep falling off....took back to them to repair it and they told me to add a little super glue.......thats not what i intended when i paid money to replace the keyboard
