If youre shopping for a Samsung tv in Maryland, first shop around at the usual places (hhgregg, Best Buy, Costco) but dont buy anything before you check out the Big Screen Store in Rockville. I knew I wanted a 65" 4k tv. Steve Seltzer at the Rockville Big Screen Store offered a shopping experience that couldnt be beat. Maybe I over-researched this purchase since I returned to the store at least four times over a three week period til I finally bought the tv in early November 2016. Steve had infinite patience with me, answered ALL of my questions in clear terms, and readily offered his own thoughts and suggestions. I never felt rushed. He actually spent time with me at each visit. He takes you thru the paces and lets you watch all of the Samsung models and screen sizes. Prices were at or lower than elsewhere and the Big Screen Store price includes delivery and set up (including wi-fi). The store also doubles the usual warrantee period to two years. Oh, and they delivered my tv the next day. Steve was able to put me at ease; he develops a friendly and helpful rapport with his customers. I would definitely recommend him to anyone in the market for a large screen tv.

I live in the world of customer service and I usually hate buying ANYTHING retail because of the expected Incompetence that I will have to deal with. Recently I had to deal with a home invasion that left my wife and I sad, angry and a horrible feeling of being violated. Among many other things, my prize 65" Curve Samsung TV was stolen (1 year old) and the huge hole on my wall brought me to tears every time I went into the room. Enter STEVE & The BIG SCREEN Store in Rockville. I cant say enough! HH Gregg couldnt even get me a receipt to help me claim the insurance, but walking into TBSS will keep me from EVER going to HHG or BB again for a TV or sound system. These guys are absolute PROs! I got the NEW 65" Curve and couldnt be happier. The sales experience was flawless, friendly and enjoyable. My TV was delivered the next day - PERFECTLY and in less than 15 minutes by installers almost as perfect as Steve was. I can not say enough about how pissed I am that Ive passed this place a million times and never walked in. Dont make the same mistake! Go see Steve and tell him Jack sent you!!

We were treated very well, making sure our needs were met and we were not sold anything we did not need. The salesperson, Barry, was attentive and not pushy. He even suggested some less expensive options, at other stores, for other rooms that we wanted to put TVs in. He gave us discounts that kept the price reasonable. The installation went smoothly and the installer had to go to the store to get drill bits that would go through the metal and concrete we had in the room we were installing the TV in. They took their time and made sure it was done on the day and time we set the appointment up for.

I contacted the Big Screen store in rockville. They were very helpful and courteous. They went out of their way to accommodate my needs and even exchanged numerous e-mails to make a deal with me. Unfortunately, another store was offering repairs to my old set as well as a good price on a new one (I intended to keep the old set). The Big Screen store did not offer repairs to my old set, but they did what they said they would do in terms of the price. Had it not been for the repairs, this would have been a deal. The salesperson appeared truthful and honest.

bought a 65" aHDTV and a credenza to put it on. It is a superlative TV that we enjoy every night. Samsung makes some great sets especially the smart ones with vivid color. My wife loves the credenza on which the set fits perfectly. Barry did a great job in explaining all my options as well as setting up fast delivery. An extra 2 years of service was added at no charge. The Big Screen Store is our go to for this stuff.

They refused to honor the price match guarantee. They were able to verify that price was lower elswhere from an authorized dealer but would not match it. I cant recomend a any place thtat only honors their policies when they feel like it.
