Ive been a shopper at this particular location dozens of times. In short I would say the company is mediocre but the staff is usually great. The longer version is their prices are higher than average, and their produce is sometimes wilted. Also its a smaller store so their selection is not amazing. But still, the customer service tends to be very good. Ive had an employee offer to hand count my cans when a machine was out of order (other places dont do this), and rarely have waited in line to check out longer than 30 seconds. This store does well as a whole. Would recommend.

This Albert Of The Sons, Deserve Its Location. Snuggled Aside, Nothing But Blush Property, A Menu Of Popular Eateries, Fitness, + Financial Options. A Very Inviting Grocery Store, With Even Some Single Tables Out Front...Have A Seat, Take A Fresh Breath, Maybe Pick Up That Date. The PHX Chain, Needs To Model This PDX Spot. My Handler That Night Was A Very Southern Mannered, Kind Gal...When My Facial Lit Up Some Type Of Distress Signal; Of IM Lost..., She Calmly Asked, "May I Help You Find Your Way"...Then Had A Good Giggle On Me. Great Service!

Meat dept has declined to the point of uselessness. I can stand for 90 seconds and the guy in back never notices. And no way to get his attention. This is weekday mornings, or late aft. Was quite good until about a year ago, but that guy seems to have left. Ive been ignored by the manager as I stood waiting in the morning. Also eliminated their close dated meat bin. Add in their produce dept is expensive, and often wilted/brown/old. May try two more trips, and then give up forever. Supervalu seems to be committing suicide.

i have shopped at albertsons for many years but im no longer comfortable shopping there. the big guy with gray hair and mustache (not sure if he is an employee or the manager) always makes me uncomfortable. he constantly stares down at me while im at the check out and is very demeaning. he has tried to accuse my boyfriend of shoplifting and when he realizes hes in the wrong he doesnt apologize or even acknowledge it. he just walks way. this has happened more than 3 times for no reason.

Had some sandwhich meat sliced from this deli and the meat had gone bad a week prior to them cutting it for me. The short lady that helped me was very rude and acted as if she would rather be elsewhere. Also, the other blonde lady that was working was too busy chatting with the chunky lady from the bakery right next to the Deli to help any of the 6 customers waiting to be helped. I would not recommend this Deli to anyone.

Went here to cash a check and got discriminated against because my I.d does not match my check address. I shouldnt have to explain myself I have a different mailing address then home address for safety reasons. Went to a different Albertsons cashed it no problem. I will be calling there district manager over this issue and leaving reviews as of this one everywhere I can.

I have shopped here for over 20 years, and the quality of customer service has significantly fallen in the last year. Poor staffing and rudeness is now the norm, so much so that I will now be giving my business to nearby QFC. I may pay a few more dollars, but QFCs customer service is excellent, and, unlike Albertsons, they actually appreciate their customers.

Its the only place convenient enough to shop but sometimes the prices on most things are completely awful. Produce is pretty good (sometimes) but razors should not be 10 dollars. Ever. Big guy who works nights is a bit of a jerk. Stares down at teenagers a lot. Starbucks is the only reason I ever go there anymore. I just go to Grocery Outlet or Wal-Mart now.

This Albertsons used to be a great neighborhood grocery store. I dont know what happened, but prices went up, and quality went down. I get the feeling that the employees are doing the best they can with what they have. Even though this is the closest grocery store to me, I usually skip it and go somewhere else.

They are often short on produce items and I once bought garlic bread that ended up being moldy. The staff are all very nice, theres plenty of parking, and the location is convenient. Traffic north of 26 is much better than driving south where there are more shops.

Poor service and overcharging. Cashiers do not ask if you have coupons, even if they are setting on the counter. Cahier will not correct error. Send you to customer service where no one is minding. Very impolite. Seems like customer is bothering them.

Its a nice shopping experience, but definitely on the expensive side when compared to other local grocery stores. With that said, the deli food is very nice. I especially like their mozzarella pesto sandwiches, and their Greek orzo salad.

Awesome staff! Prices are also reasonable for a store with proximity to residential areas. Well stocked. Hours are a bit restrictive though - after midnight, the next nearest equivalent store is QFC which is over in Bethany.

Moderate sized grocery store with moderate selection. Small produce section, so if you have many produce items on your list you best shop elsewhere. There is a Starbucks though! :P

Staff is kind and friendly. Produce section is always crisp and fresh. I like that they have a Starbucks and self checkout stations. Also, their floral section is on point! :)

The prices are standard, but there often arent enough checkout lines open. Theres also a relatively small selection of items compared to a store like Fred Meyers.
