After we read the stellar reviews about Roma Furniture online, we decided to give it a try. The Store turns out to be even better than we thought. They have a large selection of furniture, the quality is good and the price is lower than most other stores. More important is that the Store excels in customer service. Kevin helped us choose a very beautiful reclining set. After it was delivered and installed, we found a tiny chip on the surface of the coffee stable. They ordered a replacement immediately and delivered a week after. Their professionalism and efficiency are impressive. This is a business that takes customers’ trust seriously and go the extra mile to satisfy their needs and wants. We’ll strongly recommend this store to everyone.

I didnt know about Roma Furniture till one day I found myself looking for a nice dinning set and now they are my furniture store! Everything I found online was very expensive and thats not including delivery to the curbside! At Roma I found the dinning set I wanted for a really good price, next day delivery (because I ordered it late around 5 pm), free delivery and free assembling!!! Roma Furniture used to be located on state college blvd. between commonwealth and Orangethorpe. Very good prices! You will be surprise!

Excellent service at Roma! After emailing the sales team, I received a reply within the hour, then after the order was placed, the furniture was delivered to my home in only 5 days. Excellent response time, very easy to order, and the delivery was on point. Ive had 2 great experiences on separate orders and will be shopping again for another order. Highly recommended. I wouldnt shop at other furniture stores for fear of getting ripped off. Roma has great prices and everything goes smoothly.

i just called to get price on box spring he told me the price n just hung up on me i called back n asked him why he did that n he started saying a bunch of crap so i hung up on him very rude no customer service at all don`t understand how n owner like him can still be in business n other people did warn me about him i should of listened DO NOT BUY FROM THIS MAN

They sold me something they do not have!! Their delivery was NOT on time so I did not received it. And on top of that he refused to pay me for furniture I never received!! Bobby/Bob is utterly obnoxious! Extremely rude had no customer service at all. PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!! THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF!

Good place to buy quality furniture for low prices. The owner Kevin is very helpful but not pushy, he helped me look for exactly what I wanted, and when I wanted a bed that he didnt have in stock he ordered it for me. I will return here for all my furniture.
