My experience with them was very bad. We went to the Flagship store in CA from NJ hoping that I get to see before I buy what I need to furnish my whole house. We worked with a designer and picked all the items needed and that process took like 2 full days. I had only one special order item and the rest of them are in stock at the Flagship store so they informed me that they will ship it to me in the next 3-4 weeks. I was OK with that.. Since then, we received parts of our order after 6-8 weeks and everytime we call they inform us that it is on the container or the container doesnt leave for the next 2 weeks.. I have made numerous calls to them asking for status and they dont follow up promptly. During May, I got a call from them to let me know that some missing items in the order will take time and if I wanted to cancel. Without hesitation, I canceled and they refunded me the money. I was told my special order will arrive in 10 to 12 weeks and it is 16+ weeks and I am still calling them till today to find out where it is and so on. Till date, I havent heard anything about the special order item. They are extremely disorganized, they lack the sense of customer service, they dont respect or value customers time nor do they care anything about it. I would suggest that if you want value for your money in terms of customer service, please dont go to them

Excellent.Tony , the manager was the nices guy on earth. He was very informative and patient . I was there with my son and we was there for almost 3 hours asking him about every thing. He stayed back almost an hour after the close time and he helped us find a gorgeous dinning table call Harlow. Tony even helped holding my son so I can inspect the table.. :) I received it just 3 days after . Im very happy and definitely will come back to this store because they have the best stuff and the best customer service.

Make sure you ask for Phil, he came thru found exactly what I was looking for at a reasonable price. Even though Phil works with all the high end clientele in Hollywood he treats everyone fairly and with Respect. Heres a pic of the lamp I bought from Phil. La furniture has got something for everyone at a reasonable price. Recommend checking out their website first even though their store is big AF.

They had a very wide variety of selections to choose from and if you couldnt find what you were looking for they would find it on line for you# only problem I found was that dependingnon which sales clerk who helped you would determine how cheap they would go.

Love the furniture but the guys opened all the boxes in my dinning room and trashed my condo! White styrofoam was everywhere!!! They did not attempt to clean it up.
