Crate and Barrel has quality merchandise and fine upscale designs. Unfortunately, I found the customer service at this particular store to be remarkably bad. I was overcharged shipping, and when I brought it to a customer service representatives attention, I was told that I was mistaken. When I engaged my salesperson in my problem, it was confirmed that I was correct and overcharged. Nonetheless, I could not get a customer service representative to return my multiple phone calls and emails. Even when I contacted the stores customer service lead, my multiple queries were ignored over a period of several weeks. I spent over $6K on two pieces of furniture, and I should have received much better service than I did. I am both dismayed and disappointed, and will not patronize this Crate and Barrel location again.

I was pleasantly surprised at the price/quality of their furniture. I like to think of myself as an educated shopper. I grew up in a family of wood workers, so I know what quality looks like. I also appreciate the effort it takes to make quality, so Im not shocked at a bookshelf that costs $700. If you just want a piece of furniture to fill a spot in your house, and youre not going to use it for anything, or think youll ever move it... maybe not shop here. If you care about quality, something you might move from house to house, or even pass down to your kids or grandkids, this is your shop (assuming you like their styles).

This is a really nice Crate and Barrel in Old Town Pasadena. Friendly staff, good selection, and best of all you can pick up your purchases for free at the loading dock around the side! LeAnn in fine furniture makes it a really nice place to shop. Shes very knowledgeable and helpful.

This is the perfect store to find that home piece that is missing from the kitchen to the bedroom they have a lot. This store has a nice feel and the employees are not judgmental about how you appear.

Super friendly and helpful staff here. Furniture upstairs can get expensive, but is very nice, and high quality. Great place to get decorations for the holidays or to find a wedding gift too.

The furniture quality is really bad. Its unfortunate that most people nowadays dont know how to select nice pieces. Its overpriced cardboard, a step above ikea. Nothing original at all.

Lots of great household items. Prices range from reasonable prices to expensive ones. Really nice store, great staff and wonderful packaging of you need to buy a present.

I love Crate and Barrel window shopping. I like looking at decor and home staging ideas. Wish I can afford it all, but Ill continue looking at nice things.

The place has a lot of items for your home and the staff is friendly. It is easily asscessible with parking at the structure that is free for 1.5hrs.

Had what I needed. Dont pay for street parking. If you just go over 1 block, parallel to Colorado, the street parking is free.
