Ive Gone To This Casa Leaders A Few Times First Time Left A $300 Down Payment For Some Couches & Table Since My Credit Wasnt So Good Total Cost Was $1,200 Paid It Off In 2 Months Then Went Back Again For My Daughters Bed They Seen My Credit With The Store And Gave It To Me At No Problem No Money Down Total Costner was $600 For My Daughters Bed Paid It Off In 1 Month Now That I Tried Getting A Bed For Me & My Wife Total Cost Was $1500 The Man Said They Are Working With A Different Bank So I Have To Give $300 Down Like What In The World Ive Tooken Out Things Here Before I Have Credit Here Then As I Started To Tell Him About My Previous Purchases He Said Oh I Can Do $130 Instead Of $300 Like Bro Your Serious Then He Said Thats All We Can Do For You . I Took My Buisness Elsewhere Sears And Got Better Prices & Better Brand . Wont Be Coming Here Anymore . Loyal Customer Lost All For One Dumb Sales Man Who Is Rude & Tried To Mess Me Over .

Worst furniture store ever!!! Very unprofessional, worst costumer service in the store and over the phone. HUNGRY SHARKS... These people are after your money, they dont care about your needs. Costumer service phone operators (Management) are RUDE, IMPOLITE, UNREASONABLE, and will treat you like trash. The are shady and sneaky. Their discount coupons are fake. They only get mailed out to lure you in and when youre there they will look for any excusse possible to NOT give you any discounts. Hidden charges everywhere and they will rip you off if possible. They deducted 2 separate payments on my card for the same month and refuse to reverse one of the payments. DO NOT TRUST THEM WITH YOUR BUSINESS.... NOT WORTH IT

Casa Leaders has to be one of the worst stores I have been to. They completely lack in customer service. Their associates and managers are poorly trained and have no sense of customer service. We ordered a table and they have delivered it 5 times defective. We have received the worst service ever. When we ask for the corporate office their response is "Sorry we are not allowed to provide that information" really??? Very frustrated with the store and their employees. I am contacting the Better Business Bureau.

The worst mueblería with the worst service Furniture and sell you the charge when not even have them in the cellar I was promised a delivery and I had never led him to call for an explanation and I went with who did delivery why not have it !!! And besides all managers have the worst attitude NEVER go back there Not recommended for NOTHING !!! And the reason why I put a star is why you can not put less

I just purchase a new sofa set from Casa Leaders Bell Gardens Store and I love the treatment they gave us from start to finish. Everyone was so friendly and flexible to my schedule. I strongly recommend Casa Leaders Furniture store to everyone go visit them. I was nice and patient with them and they took the extra mile to help me out. From getting financially approve to making sure I was happy with my purchase.

Came in to attemp to purchase an item, as we walked in we were approached by GERRADO. This associate had a horrible attitude. Even knowingly that we had hopes to buy furniture. Spoke to the manager to get a better deal, it was worst Never recommending this place .!!!!
