I was looking for a specific modern sofa set to spend my tax return this year. I knew this furniture store, because i saw their TV AD sometimes. I had a stop by and think they might have the sofa set i want.... First, let talk about the owner or manager (probably...) of this store. At beginning, i talked to a female sales for the sofa, she told me they dont have it in show room and need to search it in catalog. I said thats fine. I can look around their sofa set on-sight, anyway. At the time, another customer walked in and she went to receive them. After 15 minutes, I tried to talk to another guy in age about 40+ for catalog, because I already knew what i want. I can show the sales what I need directly. But i got a surprising and confusing response. He said "Are you talking to me?", "Who did you have talked to?"....... The first thing in my mind was...."Hello, are you ghost or animal? Of course, i am talking to you.". Thats fine. I dont want to waste my time with this. I just want to get the price and walk. I explained to him I talked to the female sales for a specific sofa and need a catalog for price. But, I got an even more weird answer. He said "you need to ask the female sales for it".....WTF, is there any problem with your body or you have a disabled brain? Can you see your sales is busy with another customer and I waited for sometimes just for a catalog, already? In the end, the female sales finally came back to me for the pity catalog. Anyway, lets talk about the price of their sofa...... The sofa i need is VIG2981. The suggested retail price from VIG is about $1800. But, more pricey furniture always has more space for discount. The average price i got from other stores are lower than $1500 include tax and shipping. However, the sales told me the best price they have is $1600 + tax. I told her i got better price from other stores. She answered their furniture is directly from manufacture with high quality, not some refurnished storage. What they selling are all high end and pricey furniture. In time, I dont want to waste any minutes with them and walk away. Yap, right....you know what I got the sofa for just $1000 includes tax and shipping from dealer of VIG warehouse in city of industry, directly. My first sofa set is VIG T35. Modern is my taste of furniture. Both of them are not ultra expensive sofa but still more then thousands $. I dont mind to spend money to get what i want but I am not a stupid son of some rich daddy. This store definitely not a place if you what to get good deal and service.

I have been buying from this furniture store for the past 20 years. They have plenty of selection Chinese rosewood furniture. I always compare prices in different stores before making my purchase decision. So far they have the most reasonable price. They also provided great service when I called them and they took care the issues immediately. Ill definitely go back to them for more rosewood furniture.
