I went in looking for a nice mattress. I walk in and an Asian guy sitting at the desk in the back yells something across the room to me. I walk down the isles looking at the mattresses. First off not one of them had a price on them. Red flag. I looked at each mattress and not once did he get up and come to try to assist me. Im not going to get him to assist me. If Im not important enough as a potential customer for him to get up and walk to me then Im not spending my money here. He just sat and watched me. I walked out after about 15 minutes. He didnt seem to care. Ill go somewhere else that actually wants my business.

Bad service I came a month ago and they gave me a set price for a couch now I come a month later wearing a nice dress and they tried to charge me a hundred and fifty more than they said originally I have bought two pieces of furniture in the past from them so I know the guy that works there he tried to tell me I must be mistaken cuz he never said that when clearly I know where my budget is at and what I was saving up for. Thought they were good place but I will never go there again I dont appreciate them trying to jack up the price just because I look extra nice today.

I went in looking for a firm spring mattress the guy shows me a couple and quotes 189 so my friend and I had found online for 129 and then he says he had one for 99 and starts referring it as a combo mattress ...what je failed to mention was that it was a stupid box spring/mattress hybrid ...not meant for my weight because within 2 weeks it was breaking and sharp metal springs began pertruding. ..all sales are final so Im screwed even though he knowingly sold me a bed that eventually could possibly harm me!

I really like this, they are willing to work with you on your price range. We bought a full and twin matress set, with a 7 piece dining set (Really sturdy) for less than $500.00. It seem like when you purchase more than 1 item they give you a great discount. We also paid cash so, that was probably why they gave us a good deal. Either way, I really would suggest this place to my friends and family.

I just called this place and asked if they had any sales for labor day and the guy who answered the phone said they person I need to talk to is not available. So I asked what the name was of the person I needed to speak to and he said call back and hung up on me. I guess they dont want me to buy a new bed and table set from them

VERY POOR customer service. 2 sales people in the store, one was probably the owner. They were both sitting on their lazy asses watching tv. Not one asked if they could be of any assistance. You get better customer service at a goodwill or salvation army store and thats saying a lot.

Poor customer service. We were asking the guy questions about a bed and he totally was ignoring me because he was busy looking at his phone. I was ready to spend at least 400.00 cash. Never again will I ever go here

asked that chinese guy 5 times how much spring box queen size.. He asked me 10 times the size.. Turned out he wanted me just to go to this store. .Old dirty trick.. got the box across the street better quality
