I will admit most of the staff at this location are very helpful and nice. Unfortunately I only know that because of how many problems I have had with my order through West Elm as a company. BUYER BEWARE on ordering any furniture or anything you cant walk out of the store with. They cant track their own furniture shipments internally so you dont know when your order will come in, we ordered two bookshelves in November and they came in mid January. One of the two bookshelves had a major crack in the shelving and had to be returned. When we returned it the customer service at the store was lovely, but everything about the delivery process has been a headache. At 3pm when our window started the day of delivery we got an email saying they had to cancel the delivery, and now we have to call back and reschedule. I wish I had done more research into this company before ordering, their Facebook is full of horror stories.

I came in this morning, found an amazing black leather chaise longue at a great price, then a couple witty tirades with the owners and a couple formalities later, I was on my way with the rest of my day. The chaise got delivered in excellent condition right now just 7 hours later. This place has really cool furniture of modern/artsy aesthetic, and fairly good prices for the designs. Ill definitely be going back there again very soon.

A lot of what they sell here is very poorly made. Nothing in this store is quality. And buying online is worse. Weve bought two things online and both our gold tray that we waited 2 and a half months for had to be returned because it was used and all scratched up. And the end table we bought was also used and scratched. All made in China of course. Anyway, beware!

Young, modern furniture and a reasonable price. The sister store of Pottery Barn, West Elm will not disappoint. Dont shop here for a last minute item. If it is not in stock, delivery could take 3+ weeks.

This isnt the largest West Elm location, so the store layout felt somewhat cramped at times. There were plenty of mid century modern furniture pieces and dish sets to choose from.

Everyone here is so friendly and nice. The manager Kim is the BEST. She helped me track a lost item which I greatly appreciated. Best west elm in LA area.

Nice sized West Elm, with friendly staff. However, its at the Paeso Colorado -- so the parking situation is no bueno
