I WOULD NEVER PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM LAZYBOY FURNITURE AGAIN. We tried to buy furniture from them but everything we liked was not in the right color or size and what we did like would take six months to deliver! We purchased some carpets from them and it turned into a nightmare. We didnt see what we liked in the store so we were shown a catalog. After choosing a pattern we were directed to another carpet in the store that was very thick and nice quality. We paid $99 to have two carpets delivered because my husband is disabled and I cant lift heavy carpets. We also purchased a warranty, $120 for both, thinking we would be protecting good quality carpets. We waited seven weeks for delivery so we were very excited to have them, and the delivery people put them down and left. When we took a good look the pattern was much larger than it looked in the photo and when we lifted the carpet edges we realized that they were so thin and inferior quality. We called the delivery man immediately but he didnt pick up. We called the store and were told the manager would be out for 5 days. When we finally spoke to the manager she said we couldnt return them and when asked for a corporate number was referred to corporate care. Weve been going in circles for two weeks and no satisfaction, all they do is keep sending a message to the store and when I call the store Im told the manager is out and I should call customer care! Basically, it should be "customer we dont care" as they only say theyre sorry and refer you back to the store. Nobody will give you any management or corporate contact information either. Their return policy is awful and their customer service is worse. They dont seem to care that they cheat senior citizens, one of whom is disabled. They offer nothing to make it right and make it clear they dont care. I would rather donate the cheap quality rugs to charity and avoid any further frustration and negativity. They are so bad that I can carry two carpets on my shoulder (8x10 and 5x6 carpets). PLEASE DO NOT SHOP AT THEIR STORES. Theyre the worst!!

Received our love seat and couch on March 8. Had a strong smell, which we have been airing our house out. But that is nothing compared to finding out that both pieces have been invaded with bed bugs. My husband told me he got a bite after sitting on the couch 2 days after getting the furniture, but I assumed it was from being outside. Then my daughter in law came over the weekend and all of a sudden complained that something bit her. Her arm had a welt. We still couldnt believe it was our new furniture. My husband took a nap on March 24 and woke up with 3 large welts on the back of his leg he didnt have before the nap. We called the customer service number and told them that the furniture had bed bugs and was advised a customer care representative would come over in 2 weeks to investigate. On March 25, I was sitting on the couch when a bed bug crawled on my leg. I had been itching for the past 2 weeks, but had no idea our new furniture could have come with bugs and that was the cause. We have wrapped the furniture totally in plastic and are in the process of getting bids to have the house fumigated. We will be contacting the store to have them pick up the furniture. We are so stressed and disgusted. Buyer beware.

I went to lazy boy furniture expecting quality. I purchased my couch in January 2016 and was excited to have a "quality" couch. I receive the couch and within 4 months I need to call to get the couch serviced! A spring just popped out from the back piercing the material. May I add the couch is lightly used its not like I have kids jumping around. So the repair man "fixes" the couch but 3 months later it needs another repair. The couch needed 3 repair calls within 1 year! They refuse to take back the couch. So now here I am with the couch over a year and the couch is squeaking I can already hear spring ready to pop the bad part is my 1 year warranty is up so any repair will be out of pocket. I dont recommend lazy boy couches the quality is no longer the same.

What a refreshing furniture shopping experience! I have shopped for many of my residences (I move around a lot) and usually see the same crap everywhere. But not here! So many new and interesting pieces, and the owner is always a pleasure to deal with. She knows her stuff that is for sure! Ive shopped at La-z-boy before and plan on going back there again. They have good quality furniture and great selection. The leather recliner I bought my husband 10 years ago or more is still in good condition, the massage, heat, and vibrate all still work perfect in his "Big Mans" chair, he absolutely loves it. I plan on buying a sectional from them for my family room soon, to replace the one I bought 15 years ago which still functions but we dont need sleeper sofa anymore, we have 3 guest rooms since most of our kids moved out.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Furniture all seems to be of high quality. Its all made in the USA. Unfortunately my price range was a bit lower than the selection offered here and I had to shop down the street. If youre looking to hold on to your furniture for 20+ years to come, Id buy quality here. If youre looking for something to last 5 years or so of light easy use you could probably get by cheaper with little to no customer service.

Very unhelpful customer service. If you need a fabric repair, they will not help you, even if you offer to pay for it (if you do not have their warranty). With that kind of attitude, I would not buy anything new from them.
