This Jcpenneys is so bad. I went on Saturday around 6pm and was looking for a new comforter set with pillows. I went to the home department and tried to fine someone to help me and no one was around. I worked all over the downstairs looking for anyone and there was no one around to help me. I seen the a man at the furniture department and I asked him if he can please call someone to help me and he said there isnt anyone, and that hell call someone when he is done helping the customer he was with, but when I walked away he wasnt helping her at all, him and the customer were talking about everything but furniture. I then walked over to him again and asked if he can call me the manager, he said yeah good luck with that. I was upset that they had no one to help me that I left all my stuff which would have been $258 sale and the reason why I know the total is because I went to another Jcpenneys that had amazing customer service and helped me so much.

• Same selection as any other JCPenny • In a city as populous as this why not have only one cashier in every other department and have everyone else just fold clothes • Fitting rooms, lets just say the cleaning lady would have quit if she was hired to clean here • The layout of this store makes zero sense • Ill just go Pacific next time, same experience but I can at least buy some fruit and tacos from the street vendors after I go through the war zone

Went here to buy jeans and a shirt. All the jeans had security tags that make fairly large holes in the fabric and have been a problem before for me. When I took the shirt checkout, I politely said, "no up-sells please." They tried to upsell me anyway, so I left.

Very disorganized. Nothing is where it should be. I came to buy a sweater in the active section, and had to search through the whole section, all the racks because nothing was where it was supposed to. Ive been to other JC penny and this is the worst!

Long time customer of JCP . .Great clothes with guiltily. Good expierince today except for the long lines to check out. Not enough staff to account for the the amount of people that was trying to check out.Long lines causing long wait times.
