Please do not buy any furniture from any Palm Casual Store. They do not stand behind their product. I understand that I did not buy my products from this specific store; however; my experience has been horrible. I purchase about 5K of their products to place in my pool area in the Holly Hill a store near Daytona Beach. All the cushioning products faded, lost the color and started to look really ugly. During my purchase they told me that I could use bleach to clean it anytime, well, that does not go so well on these products. I took the cushioning from the chase to the store and the manager basically told me that I was out of luck. I started to complain about it and he threatening to call the cops if I would not leave the store. That is the customer service you get after spending about 5K with them. Never again.

Recently bought a 5 piece aluminum set for our lanai and am very pleased with it. You pay more than the big hardware stores, but better quality and made in USA. More than worth the extra money to me. You can choose the color of the aluminum frame and the pattern for the cloth, so it is custom made and takes about 2 weeks to get it. It comes assembled, so you will need a truck or have it delivered. Delivery fee was reasonable and driver was very courteous. Looking forward to seeing how well it holds up in the long term.

I love Palm Casual! We have purchased all of our lanai furniture from Scott in North Ft. Myers. He stands behind his products and works with you. His delivery people are outstanding. I highly recommend this store and these people. The sunbrella fabrics are outstanding and clean easily with bleach.

If they make a mistake in your order, DO NOT ACCEPT DELIVERY!!!!! They will not make it right. All youll get are promises that dont bear fruit. I ordered a table without hole. Ive called many times and got promised itd be taken care of in ten days. Nope. Just dozens of excuses and promises.
