Placed an order online for my friend who had foot surgery. Wanted to send her something she would enjoy since she will be out of commission for 6 weeks. Ordered at 3pm, called the store to verify they received it and was told they would start making it and it would be on its way for delivery before 5pm. Tracked the order and by 6:15 pm I receive notice that the delivery was unsuccessful. Called the store to find out what happened and was told the driver attempted to knock at my friends home and no one answered. There is also a phone number requested for the recipient for delivery purposes, which I provided. The driver NEVER CALLED, DIDNT LEAVE A MESSAGE, AND NEVER ATTEMPTED TO DELIVER THIS ORDER. By 6:40 pm their driver had already went home for the day. Needless to say, the driver lied out of his teeth, he never went to my friends house, he stated no cars were in the driveway, yet there were 4 vehicles and 4 adults home. His excuse about "attempting to call" was that her phone was coincidentally going straight to voicemail, and he didnt leave a message for verification purposes to cover himself if his story were true. Very upset I requested that a manager call me, which she did, she apologized and said they would refund me my money and ensured me my order would go out the following day. Now that the whole plan was already ruined and defeated the purpose of trying to have something delivered THAT day with ample time to ensure it, I accepted the offer. I called the following day at 1pm to find out when they expected to deliver this order. I was told by the manager, Katie that the driver wouldnt be able to deliver the order until after 3 pm because they had scheduled "businesses" that were a priority. REALLY?! After the SAME driver blatantly LIED and chose to go home early for day you would assume they would have made MY order that has been sitting now in their freezer from the day before a PRIORITY FIRST THING that morning, before their scheduled route. NOPE, not an option. At this point I could care less for the order, and was glad my money was returned. I was told by the supervisor, Luisa after going above management to make my complaint that they could offer me half price on my next order, NO THANKS, I WILL NOT BE ORDERING FROM YOU AGAIN. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, AND THE DRIVER CHAD SHOULD BE FIRED FOR LYING AND FAILING TO DO HIS JOB. This store dropped the ball MAJOR, and did not care to go over and beyond for their customers to rectify their mistake. It wasnt about the money, it was the principle of the matter. This store needs some major training on how to handle business professionally, as well as upping customer service especially when they screw up. I recommend using Sharis Berries!!

AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM OWNER: very dissappointing for many reasons. The owner Sarah/Sara was the one 100% responsible for the horrible customer service received and lack of preparedness of an order placed over the phone. I had placed an order for my husband for his first fathers day with our baby girl, I had this arrangement made as a gift from her, one the order was incorrect, then I waited for 15 minutes in the lobby before they offered to deliver my arrangement, which was already ruining everything I had planned for my husband. The owner was the one who took my order, made my order/arrangement, and was present at the time however was in the back of the store. The owner did not come out to appologize or anything for her mistakes. When I called to complain to the owner, I called for three weeks leaving messages and never got a call back finally on the fourth week I got her, not once did she apologize she said they did me a "favor" by deciding to deliver my arrangement b/c it would take 30 minutes to fix, however I did not see it as a favor as my plans were already ruined from lack of preparedness on the shops part. All in all will never order from this location again, awful customer service from the owner.

This Edible Arrangements inspired me to learn how to make my own chocolate covered strawberries! I placed an order for 12 chocolate covered strawberries from this location for my over worked wife, selecting to pick up my order at a specific time. Upon arriving and checking in, I was informed that my order would be ready shortly. I ended up waiting 25 full minutes in the lobby and soon suspected that my order was not ready at all and was being prepared while I waited. A few weeks later, I decided to suprise my gal with some more strawberries, but instead decided to make my own. I found a quick recipe that took about 20 minutes to make. In the end, they tasted the exact same as the ones I got from Edible Arrangements and the time I spent making them was relaxing and fun, as well as 1/10th of the price. Thanks to this company for not having my order ready and showing me that convinience is not always an excuse for paying someone else to do the job!

Just had a box of fruit shipped from this store to be delivered as an early christmas gift to a friends family. According to a picture of the opened box i received from my friend the fruit was already spoiled, messy, and looked un-appealing to eat. apparently they made the food a day or two before and had it sit in shipping till the day it was to be delivered, instead of making it fresh and sending it off the day of (destination was seriously 18 minutes away) Although it might have been better going into the store to get it the day of, im states away and wanted it to be a surprise for the family. They should just take the delivery option off if the quality is going to be so low for such an amount of money it took to order in the first place. Needless to say im not going to even bother complaining to management about it seeing the other reviews on here. Save your money on this and and spend it elsewhere.

Horrible horrible horrible customer service. Dont answer their phone. Expect you to be available all day for delivery. When they came to deliver my order, they didnt have the my order. They called their manager and it wasnt at their store. They gave their number and told me to call and cancel it. Very unprofessional. This was my first and last experience with edible arrangements. I will make sure to warn everyone I know. Staff is rude and very unprofessional.

I ordered a large party arrangement for a baby shower. All was ready when we arrived, everyone was nice, the lady was polite. I was in there about 2 minutes. The fruit was delicious, everyone loved it-especially the chocolate covered pineapple and green apples-yum!! We were very pleased with the entire experience. I must say that after reading all the reviews I was a bit nervous, but it was all worth it.

Horrible customer service. I called at 5:25 to get a last minute arrangement, but they didnt have any readably available. I requested to have one created and was told it would take 30 mins to create one...they close at 6pm but couldnt make any new ones after 5pm. My experience seems similar to other reviews of this store. Ownership needs to consider improving techniques for customer service.
