I recently lost my mother-in-law to cancer and was looking Spray for her casket. My wife and her sister had gone to Divine and didnt see the Spray that fit their mother. The man that assisted them 2 days before the funeral was not helpful. They were only able to find a few things that would work from the catalog, but only if they could combine different Sprays. They scheduled a meeting with the designer for the next day (1 day before the funeral). That next day met with the designer and she looked at what we wanted to do for my mother-in-law, simply dismissed our wishes telling my grieving wife, "we didnt have enough money for that". We still managed to have the exactly what my wife and sister-in-law wanted for their dear mother. We were blessed to have made a wrong turn to the flower shop 1 block away. There we received excellent care. My wifes feelings were considered, where we were not treated as a sale, but a grieving family.

Stopped by on my way to my girlfriends new apartment in Dallas for a housewarming gift. The lady there was polite and I was originally going to get a simple boquet, but then found a very nice arrangement in a glass bowl type vase that I decided to go with. I was given a free packet of flower food to go with it which was a nice touch. My GF loves it and she continues to send me pictures of it as new flowers open up. Im not a huge flower connoisseur, but Im actually very impressed. I dont think I can do grocery store flowers again after this, lol.

I only used this place once but I cant help doubting freshness of their product. At the place I ordered $50 gift flower in the morning. There was already a similar thing in the fridge-shelf but the store person said they were going to make new fresh one. At the evening I came again to receive my order, finding that my order looked pretty much the same with the one I saw in the morning. I dont know the truth but I was disappointed a little. However the receiver got happy. So I put 3 stars.

I went there to get a vase of flowers for my friend who was in the hospital and I was going there soon so I needed a nice set of flowers fast. The lady who helped me was so sweet and she helped me pick out a beautiful arrangement of flowers within my budget and was very sweet. She even let me come into the back as she made the arrangement and had a great conversation getting to know eachother. Outstanding customer service and beautiful fresh flower arrangement quickly.

Nice local florist. The lady I spoke with was very nice. She showed me several different flowers in the colors I liked. She even allowed me to go into the cooler to see other options. Of course the prices are a little higher than the big box stores, but its nice to support a local small business.

The owner is a racist. They will not respect other people or other peoples business. Save yourself the headache pay little extra and get better service somewhere else. Customer service is more than awful basically a rip off... They dont even deserve one star...

Six years later Im still ordering flowers here for my family in Texas and they are always perfect. They delivered the last flowers my grandma ever received while she was alive and conscious- she loved them. Divine Floral really is divine.
