This was the worst experience with a local retailer I have ever had. They were extremely rude when I contacted them. The product after, I FINALLY received it was very sub-par and considering their prices, unacceptable. BUT just getting the product was a nightmare. They tried to deliver at 1pm on a wednesday. I, like most of society, was at work at that time. They would only redeliver for a $12 fee! I can get a computer shipped to my house for less, not to mention a pizza or Chinese food. Plus if I paid the fee they only deliver between 10am and 5pm, with NO way to set a time. So I would have to take a day off work, pay 12 bucks and get the original order. Yep, it would be rotten by the time it arrived but they didnt care. Since they made a delivery attempt once, they were no longer liable. So, in order to get this "gift" I had to drive 40 minutes to this specific location. Back to the employees. They literally brought up "constitutional law" as to why they stand by their awful policies. On top of being terrible people they run a terrible business. DO NOT get a gift for anyone you care about from them.

Delivered 2 DAYS late, didnt give refund they promised over the phone. The order was placed on 14th to arrive on 15th, arrived on 17th. They refused a full refund when I spoke with them on 16th, which is probably why they finally delivered. I was promised a refund of delivery costs instead - which they did not give me. Bad customer service, on top of not being able to reach them on the 15th and them only being accessible by calling corporate on the 16th. And they think they did nothing wrong, girl said "Well, we delivered it, so we owe you nothing!"

Worst Edible I have ever dealt with. They tried telling me they have to charge my credit card twice with a delivery charge, then told me they dont deliver after 5pm. When I said the person its going to wont be home until after 5! How is someone suppose to recieve a bouquet if they work during the day. The store manager was rude and barely speaks english! I was very unsatisfied by this store. I will never order from this store again, or recomend anyone to order from this store.

I had an arrangement sent to my job for my birthday by my man from this location and it was by far the WORST arrangement I have ever had. The arrangement was not fresh the fruit looked bad and tasted worse than it looked and the chocolate was melted. He spent so much money for such a horrible product. They should be ashamed to even deliver such low quality. This location will never be used by us again ever.

Cant follow simple instructions deliver before 3 no I get a call at 2:50 saying that they just finished the arrangement and will take 35 minutes to deliver dont take more work than you can handle plain and simple will never be ordering from this location
