I called from out of state to order a specific arrangement that was advertised. What was delivered looked completely different than what I chose. If they couldnt provide what I purchased I should have been notified of what they had to make another selection. I understand substitutions need to be made sometimes, but to send the flowers to my friend for her birthday that were nothing that I would have ever ordered without being notified of the substitution is poor business. I would never order from them or refer anyone to them. How can you... when you dont know that you will get what you are paying for. I certainly dont want to tell my recipient that these are not what I ordered for her. Dont trust these people!

After I left two unanswered voicemail messages at at "Flowers on the Mound", I tried Dalton Flowers instead! They answered on the second ring, helped me place a "Florists Choice" order for a unique bouquet in my price range, and they delivered a gorgeous bouquet within hours!! Tulips, roses, babys breath, and hydrangeas! Professional and friendly the entire time. Will absolutely use Dalton in the future!

Dalton Flowers did a great job on a last-minute floral arrangement order for a very reasonable cost. I was so impressed with the friendly staff and the flower selection. I definitely recommend them for birthday flowers... and arrangements for any other occasion!!!

The lady on the phone was not at all helpful. I just tried to send flowers to my girl that works at a hospital right down the road from them, and without even taking all the information she said "no" and hung up on me. Will not try them again.

Good service and nice folks! I forget to send flowers for an anniversary and they were great about making the delivery right away (within 15 minutes!) and had decent pricing for such fast service.
