I am entirely disappointed with this florist. I live in London and wanted to send a floral arrangement to my aunts house for Christmas. I was recommended this florist and chose a $75 arrangement. They did a completely horrible job and the arrangement that arrived at my aunts house looked nothing like the picture on the website that I ordered from. I contacted the florist and someone named David emailed me back and apologized (after I sent him a picture of the arrangement) and said he would send out a new arrangement. He has never done so, even after I tried to contact the florist numerous times. I think this is incredibly inappropriate behaviour for a business and will never use them again.

I ordered flowers from the Teleflora website, especially selected this local florist in Euless Tx since my sister lives in this area. I selected same day delivery. I bought the flowers, candy, teddy bear at 11:30am on Valentines day, and I got call from my sis around 2:15pm thanking me for beautiful hand delivered flowers. My order was delivered not only in the same day, but within 4 hours. Thank you Diamond Rose, Im highly impressed by such exceptional service on the most busiest day of the year.

I used the Diamond Rose for my wedding back in June of 2012. All I can say is WOW! The guys did a fantastic job. They delivered the flowers to the reception and set them up. Everything turned out more beautiful than I pictured it. I will definitely be using the Diamond Rose for all of my flower needs.

LOVE THIS PLACE!!! they always do such an amazing job! i have been going every since i moved down the street for everyday flowers, birthdays, funnerals, what have you. everyone i have spoken to has been so informative.... i think they know everything possible about flowers. hahaha they are AWESOME!

My sister wanted to place an order to send me flowers after my surgery. She is a single mom who is a teacher. She was told the order was to SMALL to send me with a $50 price tag . Very sad they are that uppity they only want HIGH DOLLAR folks to shop their store

My husband bought me flowers from here and he said he had a wonderful experience in the shop. Its been almost a week and my bouquet is still gorgeous and fragrant. I would suggest this place to anyone looking for a local flower shop!
