I called Colleyville Florist yesterday with an order requiring special accommodation. I requested the same accommodation of a florist in Kerrville Texas less than two weeks ago. The Kerrville florist was very gracious and helpful; not so with Colleyville Florist! I could literally hear the person on the phone making disparaging remarks about me to someone in the background; she even used the term "blah, blah, blah" when relaying my request. Needless to say I did not place the order so I cannot comment on the quality of their product. But they are not the only florist in town so why subject oneself to such rude service?

I needed to send a tree gift to a business from my office, but it was hard to find a place that had what I was looking for. I called Colleyville Florist and spoke with Rachel who was very pleasant to work with. She helped me special order a ficus tree at the size I was looking for and even sent me pictures since I was ordering from out of town. I asked for them to trim it into a nice shape and they did. Overall, I was very please. Plus their pricing was very reasonable.

If I could give zero, I would. I ordered an arrangement from teleflora and they sent them from Colleyville Florist. The flowers were PITIFUL. Brown, cloudy water, and looked nothing like online. I realize they make "substitutions", but I would be embarrassed if I was the owner. I paid for the deluxe arrangement, so I would be scared to have ordered the standard. Online it said 15"x14", in reality, it was MAYBE 6"x10". Pitiful.

First time to use Colleyville Florist today and I am pleased with the birthday arrangement that was sent to my sister. It is beautiful. The woman I spoke to on the phone was pleasant and friendly and it was a quick & easy ordering process. I will use them again for sure!
