They should be called Next 2 "Crooks" appliances. For those who are considering this place, feel free to message me because I have audio and photo proof of my experience with them. I bought a used washer and dryer for $350 and was completely fine with the 30 day warranty and "no refund". My mindset was, if theres a warranty, then at least there is coverage for something that does not work or needs fixed. Heres the story that I hope all of you think about before going here: When my washer and dryer was delivered, there was only ONE delivery guy doing the delivery. I was shocked and his u-haul was still filled with fridges, washers, dryers, etc. that he told me he had to deliver BY HIMSELF. He was a nice guy, but over worked and needed my help getting the washer and dryer into the basement. He installed it and it worked once he turned it on. I started laundry, but 45 minutes later, the dryer was screeching on the right hand side and also a grinding noise which could be heard throughout the entire house. I called Next 2 New the next day and they said they could not come out and fix it until 3-4 days out. Fine. I can be patient. But, on the day they were supposed to come, they did not show up. I called, and the lady in the Canton office told me "Sorry, I forgot to call you. I havent been able to get ahold of the driver who was supposed to come". She stated that they would come the next day asap. The next day comes, which they only give 5 hour gaps on when theyre going to be there, so I had to wait around from 12-5p.m. When 4:45p.m. came around, I called, which the lady said the guys truck broke down and she would call me back. 20 minutes later...I called back and it went to voicemail saying they were closed. I called the next day frustrated and the lady told me I had to call the main Akron office cause she cant help me. I called the Akron office...which a guy answers the phone who sounded high and indisposed as he asked me to repeat myself 3-4 times each time I talked. He put me on hold 7 times as he stated he was going to call his boss. He told me someone would be out the next day. That day comes....NO ONE SHOWS. My fiancee calls and blows up. We were hung up on multiple times. I threatened to contact the better business bureau because I had audio recordings of every phone conversation. They had a manager call me that said he would be out THE NEXT DAY. The next day comes and the man shows up. He was nice and cool. The part he fixed and replaced was never even touched. So, it shows that they dont even look over their appliances the way they should. My dryer and washer are fine now...but PLEASE do not go here. I will gladly direct you to other places if you contact me. I can also provide the audio conversations with this company where they got smart, hung up, made false statements, and gave us horrible customer service.

Worst appliance store Ive ever dealt with! I bought a "new" dishwasher and they told me in the price I was also paying for installation. When they got here to deliver it, said they had no idea how to hook it up. I asked at least if it had been tested, guy tells me oh yes of course. Well when we tried to hook it up it came with nothing for the dishwasher, not even a power cord to plug it in! So my husband had to go to home depot and buy it all. When he hooked it up, it didnt work. A sensor kept coming on saying there was a leak. We couldnt find one, then noticed the back of the it was completely smashed in and had a hole in it. I called the store kept saying Ill call u back with no response. Kept making appts to come out and never showed up more than twice, and two weeks later, finally sent out an idiot to check out the dishwasher. Told me that it had a bad board, then goes back to the shop and tells them that we must have ruined it installing it. So after another couple weeks of calling everyday multiple times and getting the runaround finallyngot another dishwasher thay does work. This place is ridiculous. Hw can u assure me it works when they never even plugged it in? Avoid this place. If they dont do refunds, there is a reason why. Theyre appliances are all damaged andnoieves of crap and everyone at that store is a liar. Dont waste ur money!!!

9/11/17 They came out on sunday and recharged the freon in the compressor. Tech said the fridge got a replacement compressor and they didnt power the unit back up and run for 24 hours with a full fresh tank of freon as instructed after the repair. Fridge is working now. Nice fridge. Im nervous of it though, and I have to modify countertop and cupboards to install the fridge. 3 star because of the hassle. We lost all the food we transferred from the still working old fridge to the non-working "new fridge". Would be 5 stars if fridge worked day one and we wouldnt have lost $100-200 in food. 9/9/17 Will adjust review if they take care of the issue Bought a digital Samsung fridge for $500. They delivered and took my old fridge. Knew right away after they left the new fridge wasnt working as it was not blowing cold in either compartment. Told to wait 24 hours to let it get cold, rep said "trust me". 18 hrs later still not cold. Called back and am waiting on repair tech now. Told theyll stay late and make it right today. Asked for my old fridge back today if repair cannot be completed today. TEST APPLIANCE IN STORE BEFORE U LEAVE. BE SATISFIED BEFORE YOU PAY AND HAVE DELIVERED.

bought a washer/dryer, stove and fridge, dryer I purchased had no dents or scratches. When everything came, they seemed to work fine. Then we ran into problems with dryer not getting hot. Fridge doesnt stay cold. They replaced the dryer once and the new one came with dents all over. Still no luck in replacing the fridge. Their warranty is crap. They will not answer your calls or no show on appointments until your warranty runs out then say there is nothing they can do. You get what you pay for...so I would start saving for new. I didnt purchase cheap sets either, I actually spent some money for their "top of the line" appliances, stainless newer fridge, newer stove, and newer washer dryer. While I paid far less than what they would have probably cost new from lowes etc, I do not feel the thousand I spent on all these was worth it at all. And their service is not good either. They just care about the money and you get what you pay for.

Bunch of BS promises. It took 2 days to finally get washer and dryer delivered after a bunch of I swears and I promise to get it done by xXxX came and went. We bought them sight unseen and were desperate. Washer and dryer were pretty nasty and beat up,but they worked. Luckily I checked the much too quick installation job cuz there was a big puddle under the washer. Discharge hose had a hole in it. The whatever guy came back, took the hose and said hed be right back...yeah, that took over 6 hours and multiple unanswered calls. He finally comes back with a new hose and a horrible attitude, slaps it on and runs his mouth about how that part usually isnt included when you buy from a real store. But when you install it, it leaks and then you promise to bring a new one back out, it is part of the deal. Their word dont mean squat.
