Ive been renting from this company since January 2016, so far it was okay. But the dryer doesnt work due to the dial button not grasping good enough for it to turn on, the repair man came over brought with him three different dial buttons, and decided on the larger one, he turned it and whadda ya know? It turned on! A day later it doesnt work, I spend 46 to 48 dollars a month, for them to send me a mediocre machine and poor service, Im already looking elsewhere to be able to get a machine that will be better quality and that works!

I have rented a washer and dryer from them for 5 months now. Their initial delivery was right on schedule, and the delivery/ installer was very friendly. I just had to call them to come for service on the dryer, and they were able to come within 24 hours. The same guy who installed it came to repair it, and I once again had a very timely, helpful experience. He was able to quickly fix the dryer and tell me what was wrong. I definitely recommend this company!
