Had a horrible experience when purchasing parts for my washer. Called for advice and what part I needed, placed my order online with customer service on the phone. Received wrong parts, called and they were extremely rude. Didnt take responsibility for their mistake, not believing the customer. Stated had to verify call and said didnt have trace of call. Im having to pay to send back parts they stated would fit. Customer service representative said would call me back last Friday once she spoke to management, never returned my call. I had to call today Wednesday, one day shy of a week just to get told sorry no trace of call. BS! Havent been able to use my washer in two weeks due to their mistake! Dont recommend this company, Id rather pay a little more somewhere else where they actual care about the customer and dont give them aditude. Normally I would write a review, but they reuse to take responsibility and its costing me more money. Not right! Thank you

The 800 number ordered the wrong part and had the wrong local hours. However the service at the Willoughby location was friendly and stayed an extra 15 min after closing help and corrected my order which they had in stock. 3 stars for the callin number (in a different state). 5 stars for the local depot. Price was reasonable too, will work with the local store again.
