They have the worst people working there. They are rude, uncaring, and have absolutely no knowledge about any type of prescription, or over the counter, drugs. And dont think that you will be able to get out of there quick, because they TAKE THEIR TIME finishing your orders and checking you out. You cant even complain because they would rather puff up their chest and act superior, than take some constructive criticism from their customers. If you want to stay with Walgreens, go to the High Ridge location. If not, go to Wal-Mart. Much nicer and more knowledgeable at both of those other locations.

If all of the people having problems at the House Springs Walgreens pharmacy were not such ASSHOLES , and had a little patience, they would have a pleasant experience. These people do not realize how much Bullshit the pharmacy techs have to go through dealing with the Insurance companies. YOU are not the only customer in the store. P.S. If YOU do not like that store, QUIT going back. The pharmacy Techs do a GREAT job with the system they have to work with.

A manager took a cl from me and didnt know what I was talking about so he chose to leave me sitting on hold and then hang up on me. When I cld bk his excuse was that they took the call up front. Oh your a Manager and you dont know how to get it back or lets see Walk up there and pick it Up!!!!! JUST SAYIN ITS ABOUT CUSTOMERS PEOPLE!!!!!!!

Pharmacy workers have over charged me $20 2 times now. And this time (2nd time) they had to put in a retro bill which is now gonna rake up to 8 weeks!!!! BS!!!
