I went to get my hair cut at 7:15. They told me it would be a 30 minute wait, so my mom and I went and bought some groceries. When we came back they said they hadnt called my name, and 3 people came in after me and got their hair cut before me. The two people in there were booked and someone was clocking out, so I didnt get my hair cut until 8:45. They also have very expensive hair styling gels and stuff. One little 10 oz bottle of frizz control was $18! Horrible service. If I could I would give Fantastic Sams a worse rating. Fantastic Sams isnt so fantastic.

I have gotten the best hair dye jobs ever here. The use TIGI which does not burn or smell nearly as much as other products and afterwards my hair feels silky smooth. The ladies are sweet as pie, friendly, and honestly seem to care about their clients. I will always go back here.
