I had a prescription called in almost an hour before I got there and when I got there they hadnt even started it yet! They hadnt checked their messages! The lady then told me it would be another 45min wait! Almost two hours to get a prescription and no apology for the inconvenience!! Why have a doctor call a prescription in if they arent going to have it done when you get there!

If you are a couponer, plan on being discriminated against at this store. I called district manager from my first experience here, she assured me the problems would be dealt with. I had the same horrible experience on my second trip. I will never go to this location again, and Im considering switching all my shopping to CVS, they know how to appreciate their customers.

Joyce in the photo department is FABULOUS and has the patience of a saint! I was in in a Saturday and as time went by the photo department got busier and busier. Joyce handled everyone with great attitude. All by herself. With the holiday season they really should have more than one person in photo Joyce needed the help. But she handled everyone with a great attitude!

When asking for cash back, the employee, states: "I guess we are the bank of walgreens today"... another example of the death of customer service in this country. After this rudeness, we are done with walgreens. Very sad that you treat people like this...

Walgreens gives you surveys when you buy something to tell you how they are doing. At this location, I give them good ratings half the time and bad ratings the other half. Its sort of hit or miss with the staff there.
